I'm from Arizona and it was very cold up in Minnesota where we stayed and apparently the rooms aren't climate control in each room and the hotel said they hadn't switched to heat yet and our room was about 40 degrees in there...we froze all night long and didn't get any sleep and had to get on the plane at 7 o'clock the next morning and was miserable...
The Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport gives all of their guest a plush experience, regardless of what you pay. For the affordable rate I paid, I received a room with multiple, plush pillows and a mattress that relieved my back pain almost immediately. The bathroom was stocked with multiple soft towels and all the toiletries I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport and safe. Well maintained with friendly staff. Said shuttle was available to airport but didn't show it wasn't available from midnight till early morning. Flight got in after midnight but taxi service was available.

Although the room was 214.00, I was first given a room with a view of a wall, then I moved to a room where the phone didn’t work. A first for me. Finally I got a good room. No toothpaste. No pen. No refrigerator in room. Limited sports bar type on premises. All guests want a sports bar? Why not offer other options? Understaffed. Only one or two people working at the front desk. They seemed overworked. No warm welcome. This is not their fault. Why can’t Hilton afford more staff? Good airport shuttle service. Closest to airport. Comfortable bed.
Would enjoy the bar staying open later, but that's the only thing I would say was a negative. Great facilities and staff
