The property was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. However, I had some issues with maintenance. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. And, alarmingly, my card key didn’t work after I stepped out for breakfast. I had to wait for security to come and open it, causing me to delay my departure for the airport where I had a flight to catch. I didn’t miss the flight but I was disappointed for this being a Hilton brand hotel.
