The location was great. The room was great. The service was great… But for the life of me, I could not figure out why you would have your vent blowing directly on the head of the bed. The first night I slept with a pillow over my head to keep the cold air from blowing directly on it. The second night I figured out how to manually adjust the louvers on the vent so that the air wasn’t blowing directly on me. it was a weird mess.

Rooms are very comfortable and modern. The stuff is very friendly and attentive to details. The breakfast is very good with a variety of fruits, juice, breads, yogurt and ham. I truly enjoyed the stay and I recommend it.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Super clean and super comfortable. However, the parking rates are awful. I was under the assumption. The nightly parking rate was $29 but I was charged $40.

Great Location
We came to Minneapolis to attend a concert at The Skyway Theatre, the venue gave me 3 options of hotels in walking distance. I chose The AC by Marriott! It was so close to the venue and a lot of other cool things to see and do! The evening staff was amazing when we checked in after 4.Wifi was fabulous, the rooms were very nice and clean. Our only issue was getting food for my son. The hotel doesn’t offer much. But Uber eats saved the day! And of course you’ll have to pay extra for parking, but that was to be expected. We had a fantastic adventure in Minneapolis thank you AC by Marriott!

My biggest issue was the bartender. When we arrived we were told that the bar was open until 2am only to get back around 1230-1245 and he told us that he was closed now. The guy would leave and people were trying to get drinks and just leave because he was taking so long doing whatever he was doing. He then came around at one point and started putting hair gel in his hair while he was behind the bar. Overall the place was fine, but they need a new bartender.

The hotel was great, the only thing was that the parking price is really high $40 per night. The breakfast was okay, I will not recommend to pay extra for it, better to eat outside. But overall the hotel is really good, clean and great area.

We’ve stayed here multiple times - Easy check in, friendly staff, easy parking in parking ramp, within walking distance to lots of places to eat, entertainment, etc. room was excellent and just what we needed for a little getaway. Downside, no microwave in room, noisy street if you’re a light sleeper (request back hotel not on Hennepin)
