Excellent services, great rates and clean facilities.

House staff excellant! Marriot was very close to everything we did from dinners to shopping we just walked since everything was so close! Room service very timely and good!

I will never understand why $200 plus/night hotels have the fewest amenities. Room was small, even for one person. No free breakfast (if there was I wasn't told about it when I checked in), no pool/hot tub, no free happy hour. The shower was tiny, low water pressure. I'm glad I was only there for one night. I guess you pay for the location right? I was seeing a show at the Target Center and only had to walk a couple of blocks, so that was nice.

The lay out of this hotel is horrible. You take an elevator from the parking ramp, walk through the mall hallways, take another elevator to the lobby on the 5th floor and then take a different elevator to the hotel rooms. Anytime you want to go anywhere you have to take 2-3 elevators. We had someone in our group that couldn't walk well and the handicap parking was worthless as you had to walk a ridiculous distance anytime you wanted to do anything in the hotel or leaving the hotel. We normally stay at the Raddison Blu across the street but decided to stay here since it was cheaper. Won't make that mistake again. At the Raddison it's one elevator to the parking ramp and one elevator to the rooms. Both elevators are accessed from the lobby on the 1st floor. Very convenient! The Marriot just has a terrible lay out and you feel like you are going through a maze of halls and elevators to get anywhere, even within the hotel. We decided to go to their buffet breakfast on Saturday. They wanted $18 which I thought was reasonable for the area...until I saw the buffet. What they call a buffet a Days Inn would call free continental breakfast. It was a joke. We left and went to The Hen House, which I would recommend. Overall I was just really disappointed. Not at all satisfied with the hotel. Every time we came or went and I saw the Raddison across the street I regretted not booking there.

We were in town for the Garth Brooks concert, so it was SO worth the money to stay at this hotel! We ordered room service after the concert and the gentleman who brought it up was incredibly friendly. Great stay!

It is the second year we stayed in here. The location is perfect. Tyler on th reception area was great. Very accommodating and helpful. just great personality.

The guy that greeted us at the curb was fantastic! He explained our parking options, and we went with valet service. He was very polite and seemed to really love his job. All of the staff we encountered were great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for attending a Twins game. Just a short walk, and we were there! We would definitely come back.

This hotel was in a great location and very clean. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Had a wonderful night at the Marriot City Center. Took my wife and daughter downtown to shop and dine. Great location in the center of the city. Easy to get to shops and restaurants via the street or skyway. Wonderful floor to ceiling windows with great views. An excellent value for the accommodations. Would stay there again.

Location was perfectly. Staff helped us find places for dinner and drinks. Would stay here again

I really enjoyed staying here. Room layout was good, bathroom was large with quality bathing products. The only things they can do better but not necessary is to have smart TV and refrigerator.

The location worked very well for us. We were on the 25th floor and the view was fantastic - a bonus perk. What we didn't care for was the $10/day charge for Wi-Fi. I thought that was excessive considering the cost of the room and a lot of other hotels offer it for free. It cost $32 to pay for parking for two days unless you want to go all out and do valet which is outrageous. The staff was helpful with suggestions on places to eat. The rooms were clean and very nice.

Great downtown hotel right off Nickolet Mall near restaurants shops and bars

Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed the personable bar staff. Great prices on quality appetizers. Rooms were comfortable with appealing décor. View of skyline from room.

clean, efficient, professional staff, would recommend this hotel

Perfect to walk to restaurant then to Target Center. Great view of Target Center!

Extremely loud quests on floor made for a sleepless night. The location of this hotel is great but I believe it leads to a rowdy crowd.

Had a great stay. could not ask for a better place to stay in Minneapolis. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering staying downtown Minneapolis.

Great value, staff is very friendly. We decided to have drinks and grab a bite at the bar and we were pleasantly surprise.

We attended Paul McCartney Concert and decided to stay downtown. Great experience concert and hotel!
