The room did not have a fridge, and they give you 2 towels in a king room. The hair dryer should also be kept in the bathroom, not the hall closet.

Nice suite with great views. Be prepared to pay for internet and parking.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms need updating but it looks like that is starting on November of this year. Great location to downtown restaurants and sporting event venues.

Enjoyed this hotel very much It was super close to Target Field, which is why we came to Minneapolis!

Loved the location and the hotel was great We were only there a few days so we didn't get to use all the amenities but they were there for the asking

Very nice facility, and makes sense to pay for breakfast at booking rather than there. We paid 25 dollars extra total but breakfast for 2 at the buffet would have been near 50. Plus you get access to the special lounge too, wish we had known that before we checked out though do we never got to use it, they offer night time taco bar or other things too, we didnt know that. Otherwise the rooms are nice but need updating. Wasnt a usb charger to be found, low end hotels even have that these days. But obviously not a deal breaker, just a nice convenience for me. Nice location, quick walk to the target center.

The room was very small but nice. They allowed us to check in early. The parking garage next door was convienent and the hotel is attached to the skyway system making it easy to get around in the city without freezing outside!

Convenient location to Target center. Terrific breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again

Great Hotel. Close to shops and dining. Room service was very quick.

This was a very nice comfortable hotel downtown. It was very convenient because it is connected by the skyway to the Nicolet Mall and several businesses.

We were surprised upon check in that the parking was now $37 a day due to the Superbowl the following weekend rather than the expected and budgeted $27. We got the buffet included in the room and Sunday morning, the server we had was very rude. We are not regulars, so I had questions and was told to let them know it was included. He treated us like we were stupid & I did not appreciate that at all. Otherwise, it was a great experience with everyone else being very nice and helpful. I just don't think it is good customer service to act like you are better than any redneck who is paying GOOD MONEY to stay there or that our out of town questions are beneath you. I usually tip very well because I have been in the Service Industry in many different ways my whole life. This is one time that I did not and I felt bad about that, but not nearly as bad as I was made to feel.

Righ in downtown Minneapolis. Between Target Field and US Bank Stadium. Rooms were tiny and so close to the next room. You can hear everything being said in the hallways. Over all decent.

Excellent services, great rates and clean facilities.

House staff excellant! Marriot was very close to everything we did from dinners to shopping we just walked since everything was so close! Room service very timely and good!

I will never understand why $200 plus/night hotels have the fewest amenities. Room was small, even for one person. No free breakfast (if there was I wasn't told about it when I checked in), no pool/hot tub, no free happy hour. The shower was tiny, low water pressure. I'm glad I was only there for one night. I guess you pay for the location right? I was seeing a show at the Target Center and only had to walk a couple of blocks, so that was nice.

The lay out of this hotel is horrible. You take an elevator from the parking ramp, walk through the mall hallways, take another elevator to the lobby on the 5th floor and then take a different elevator to the hotel rooms. Anytime you want to go anywhere you have to take 2-3 elevators. We had someone in our group that couldn't walk well and the handicap parking was worthless as you had to walk a ridiculous distance anytime you wanted to do anything in the hotel or leaving the hotel. We normally stay at the Raddison Blu across the street but decided to stay here since it was cheaper. Won't make that mistake again. At the Raddison it's one elevator to the parking ramp and one elevator to the rooms. Both elevators are accessed from the lobby on the 1st floor. Very convenient! The Marriot just has a terrible lay out and you feel like you are going through a maze of halls and elevators to get anywhere, even within the hotel. We decided to go to their buffet breakfast on Saturday. They wanted $18 which I thought was reasonable for the area...until I saw the buffet. What they call a buffet a Days Inn would call free continental breakfast. It was a joke. We left and went to The Hen House, which I would recommend. Overall I was just really disappointed. Not at all satisfied with the hotel. Every time we came or went and I saw the Raddison across the street I regretted not booking there.

We were in town for the Garth Brooks concert, so it was SO worth the money to stay at this hotel! We ordered room service after the concert and the gentleman who brought it up was incredibly friendly. Great stay!
