All the staff we encountered were very friendly and kind. The rooms we had were very clean. They have a kiddie pool and a regular pool, which is very handy with small children. Love SpringHill, but this stay stood out. Welcoming reception when we went to the wrong property. They confirmed for USA d helped with directions. Stalag at right hotel was also great. We really enjoyed this hotel. The property is modern, the attached parking is indoors, secured and heated which is well worth the price, the room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The bar was a bit spendy but was good overall. The pool area is great for kids, was clean and towels were provided. We will be back for sure.
