We’ve stayed here numerous times. Always had a good stay. Our room was clean. Problem was the toilet ran every 15 minutes & the desk chair was frayed & worn on top & was basically broken. Second night, the power went at 8pm for over an hour! Why doesn’t a place this size have a generator?? Overall, stay was good. Breakfast is always good & staff is very friendly. Would recommend.
Honestly I always enjoy a La Quinta but this one warrant a review as the staff was so friendly and so prompt to follow through on requests. I would absolutely stay here again on another trip to Duluth.
This hotel was not very clean. Dirty carpets everywhere, dirty surfaces in all public spaces. The same mirror by the 2nd floor elevator looked like someone had sneezed on it and was not cleaned for all three days we were there. The shower and moldy stained silicone and hair that had not been cleaned from the previous guest.
I wish the bathroom didn’t have the mold stain. Everything else is great!! Front deck guy was very helpful!! The washer was not working and he helped!!
Both orbitz and property management failed to address concerns regarding reservation cancellation. Orbitz Support is online only and unacceptable for travelers with travel challenges.

Well to star the young lady checking was nice but because i have service dog she started to say like question me about my service dog and what kind because other people that come lie i didn't have to know that and then went to the room and put my stuff away to find out the refrigerator was not working wnt downstairs and mentioned to her and said someone will be upstairs to replace and never came so i took it to my own i had a small cooler and had to put ice all night so my food won't go bad the next morning i had to exchange my self and the building is coming apart in the pool the tile was coming out and in the water spa the same we found tile in the floor at the spa and the floors from the in the walkways are cracked not a good view as a high star but i did its purpose for the weekend but will never stay again in that hotel chain
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water pressure, good breakfast. Would stay again.
Reliable La Quinta. Kids liked the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options. A few things could use updating (showing wear) but overall a well kept property. Decent sized rooms, good amenities, free parking. Close to mall/box stores/restaurants. Reasonably priced.
The breakfast was a little on the generic side. Breakfast burritos were ok. More options would have been better. Eggs, bacon, etc.. I was down there at 8 and the burrito station was low.

I am sorry to see that you booked a non-cancelable reservation through Orbitz and in return are frustrated with property management who has no control over how you made your reservation.
