Totally clean and comfortable. They were going through a well planned renovation which did not detract from my experience. I will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast service was on time each day. The hotel was gracious enough to let us have a late check out to better fit our schedule. I would definitely stay there again.
Hotel was great, the only disappointment was the fire pit wasn't working and we would have loved to use it. We loved the decor and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
We splurged a bit on the king suite for Grandma's Marathon weekend, but we weren't disappointed. The staff was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable. The fireplace, even though it was late June, came in very handy. We couldn't have been more happy, unless the room rate was a little more economical!
It was ok The get togethers at night were a joke. The food was never ready on time and there was never enough. Breakfast was never on time either it was at least 15 minutes late. The coffee i endede up with grounds in my coffee 2 days in a row. The price went up on Friday so we went to minneapolis
This is a newer hotel to Duluth and I thought it would be expensive but the price was great and the rooms were so much better then I expected with kitchens fridges. Very nice staff would recommend to everybody.
I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and am extremely picky (I always bring my own cleaning supplies because rooms are never quite clean enough) but this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at; even better than 4 and 5 star hotels. Everything is extremely clean, bed very comfortable, and staff friendly. Don't even think of staying anywhere else...not worth it.
The staff at the Residence Inn were very friendly, attentative and helpful. Property kept very clean. Great morning breakfast, had pretty much everything you might want.
