My wife and I took a late anniversary weekend to do some hiking and biking. Location was very good for biking. We were only 4 blocks from the pedestrian bridge to get to the lake walk. The garage was very nice to keep are bikes in. We also ran into mama bear and her 3 cubs!! Thank you

Perfect Pair

I really enjoyed the decor, especially the repurposed antique sewing table for the dining room. The space was great for my parents to stay while they visited the area.

Very clean and nicely decorated comfortable house. It is along a street that does have some traffic but there are no reasons for people to stop in the area so vehicles keep moving so I had no concerns. The front entrance is very easy to use and is only a short walk from the driveway. The garage was a nice bonus and did fit my 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness snuggly but safely. I would not use the back stairs but the main entrance is perfect. The rental company was very polite and responsive. Perfect stay for us older folks.

Everything was wonderful except the mouse droppings in the bowls & on the floor. The dishwasher took care of the kitchen ware and a broom ...

Great place to stay

Me, my husband, and our 2 college age kids stayed for a few days for a quick getaway. This place was a pleasant surprise, it was comfortable, close to restaurants, and close to the lake. Our daughter stayed in the small bedroom and our son took the pullout sofa which was not the most comfortable. We brought an air mattress just in case, so he used that, but the sofa-bed would have been fine. All in all it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

Work trip

Very nice property close to most things in Duluth. The space was welcoming and comfortable. The tuckunder garage was very nice as well as the off street parking but a tight space if you have a larger vehicle, I have a full size Silverado pickup truck and would not fit into the garage but would just fit into the driveway parking spot so that was nice to not have to park in the street. Nice lake views from the deck, kitchen and 2nd bedroom upstairs. This stay made our work trip to Duluth relaxing and enjoyable and would definitely stay here again.

60 Birthday bike trip

Loved the property itself, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The road it is on was not especially quiet at night. One day there was a tree removal company there for hours with chain saws and trucks. The road was closed for this work. We came back to rest from hours of biking but it was so loud we just avoided our apartment until they were done. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky on a hill but we made it work. Was nice to have a garage for keeping our bikes. Overall nice stay, some hiccups but well kept and nice to be near the rose garden and bike trail
