Everyone was helpful and friendly. Love Odyssey Resorts! Fun amenities, beautiful locations.

An oasis of relaxation in the middle of the city— we loved our stay!

This place is amazing. Incredible view, cozy bed, well equipped kitchen, super quiet and convenient location. The pool was well maintained and towels were abundant- loved the heated benches. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely be back.

The property overall is beautiful! Can't beat an excellent view of Lake Superior. Most everything was is perfect working condition and the rooms were beautifully appointed. The rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly, particularly during a coronavirus virus scare, as it would place a person's mind at ease. The kitchen and bathroom cabinet drawers were dirty. The windows and sliding doors were left with substantial cleaning residue. Finally, our patio was advertised as private. We were on the first floor and the first floor rooms have far from private patios. Other guests walked past at all hours of the day. A guest of the hotel was shooting drone footage directly at the end of our patio on our first night. Our view consisted of the lake and the drone aficionado for about 5 hours. We tried to call the front desk, but we were told that part is not private. Imagine the thought of being on video at any time while wishing for privacy, we were not happy. Overall the hotel is very nice; however, for the price, the execution was lacking.

I loved the property and the penthouse suite was so nice. This was perfect for our getaway only downside was my spouse wasn’t allowed to smoke his cigar on our private balcony

This was our second stay. The first was in their king room facing the interstate, which wasn't bad. We had our family this time requiring a suite. Both experiences were good. We like the location and the view.

I'll keep it short. Lovely place, quite hotel location, great views, decent breakfast, and nice building....except for the extremely surprising lack of noise privacy. The walls must have absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear people talking (normal volume) next-door as well as their TV. Really such a bummer because everything else is great. Not sure if it was just our room (Guest Room Deluxe) but I don't think it worked out well for anyone. Lost a night of sleep to that. Also, not sure how well the AC worked but they did manage to find us a fan for the room to get air moving. Depending on the type of trip it may not be a deal-breaker. Again, otherwise great stay and great hotel staff! Oh, and I suppose don't count on covered parking...extremely limited - though they do have an uncovered overflow lot down the block.

Great place to stay due to scenery. BP is really a nice quiet place. underground heated parking too. coffee always on and pool area nice and clean. Perfect!
