So wonderful to be on lake Superior
We loved the location, right in the heart of Canal Park in Duluth. The front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked about an upgrade and the easily were able to accommodate us.
Always love the lift bridge area, and food! Watched an amazing sunrise from the hotel window.
Absolutely loved the large suite with whirlpool. great view! We will rebook just for the room and then plan around it! We were amazed that Angie's Cantina would deliver.
Fantastic place to stay. Only suggestion is to clarify full service cleaning vs select services. It was a little confusing. Overall, loved the hotel and location!
I stayed here during my stay I informed staff that I found mice droppings on my bed and haven’t heard anything from the hotel since I emailed them overall everything else was pleasant
Had a wonderful time there with my Grandson. The kitchen staff were so kind and did a great job with the breakfast. The pool was really nice. Our room was perfect. We were able to walk all over this fun town.

Wonderful views and very helpful staff, but the breakfast was pedestrian. Given the very high nightly rate, I expected a better quality breakfast. Unfortunately, it was no different from the standard at other Comfort Inns or Holiday Express Inns. No croissants. No raspberry jam or marmalade. Just prepackaged muffins and make-your-own waffles with fake maple syrup.

Great location! It’s the first hotel next to Canal Park. Easily walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Hotel was clean, rooms were large and breakfast was good. We would stay here again.
