The manager was very friendly and the place was immaculate. The morning breakfast seemed to have everything! We’ll definitely stay there again when in Duluth.

They were very understaffed given the event of grandma’s marathon weekend with only one individual at peak check in time but he handled himself with Grace and professionalism. It was very slow and a lot of guess we’re pretty annoyed but he maintained his composure

I loved the fact that we were on a mountain and the trails around the hotel. Its not far from the sights we went to. The staff was nice and it was a very peaceful and quiet inviorment. The showers feel amazing and the tap water was phenomenal. The best ive ever tasted. I saw some of the same food sitting out every morning. Our window was open the whole time because it wouldn't shut close. We had 2 hair clamps under our bed ( from someone else)

The room was clean and cozy. It was Noisy from the freeway. It was tough getting to sleep

Guest service staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast staff was excellent and would recommend to anyone staying there.
It was quiet. Room set up for a suite was a little weird. Long instead of open or wide.
I somehow reserved a king bed and even on a busy weekend, they were able to switch me to 2 queens. Good location. Breakfast ok.
Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Room decor was a little drab and outdated, but not a big deal. My one complaint is that the pool chlorine was so strong that my eyes burned even after I left the pool area (and I only got in to my knees) We also couldn't get all the way in the hot tub since it was so incredibly hot.
