I stayed for flight. They FORGOT me at airport. Too late to drive. Had to take taxi and I wasnt only one. They forgot us all! No comp. I called them on it and did NOTHING!

First of all no one was manning the check in desk so we were unsure where to go. The person at the bar ignored that we were there! Then when we inquired about the free shuttle to the airport that was advertised when I booked they informed me that the 4:00 am shuttle to airport was full and it only goes once an hour! The 5:00 am one will not get us to our flight on time so now we have to pay for a cab but they will call one for us! My husband is disabled so I am not happy at all! I did not know I had to reserve a space on the shuttle to the airport!!!!!

The breakfast was really good. Lots of options. Check-in was smooth, but the desk clerk did not advise about breakfast hours or if we needed parking. I had to ask about paying for parking. This is something the desk clerk should have told me. If I hadn't read the hotel reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have known about it as this is not a common fee for hotels in this area. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff (including the evening driver) were amazing. I only requested the driver for airport run but it’s awesome that they will take you to the Mall of America as well. I marked down cleanliness one star because the shower pan had mildew around the top (room 504).

very friendly staff did not like having to be dropped off at the airport parking area not the fault of the shuttle driver he was just following rules. I will state my complaint to the airlines. was suppose to have a wheel chair available when I arrived but had to handle my luggage on the escalator with no help.

The biggest issue we had was with the water and the cleanliness. We barely had luke warm water in our shower, yet we had very hot water in both of the sinks. After two days of trying to rectify this they offered to move us rooms....to another room that had the same problem. We had two rooms booked and the one room had plenty of hot water in the shower. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The same room that had the water issue was not cleaned on the first day. We talked to three different cleaning staff about having it cleaned and were just given a stack of towels. No clean glasses, new coffee, beds made, nothing. We were told by the front desk there was no record of us having asked to have it cleaned. The next day one bed was made but nothing had been cleaned. On top of that, a dead lady bug and a piece of garbage that did not belong to us were left on the floor in front of our sink. The hotel only has one microwave in it located in the breakfast area. The turntable from it was missing and it was FILTHY. The pool water and room were very cold. The property looked nice and new from the outside. However the rooms showed more wear. The closet is almost unusable as you can only access half of it. Our dresser had a hole in one of the drawers and left wood shavings stuck to the clothes that were in there. I emailed the property directly before we left and have never heard from them.
