Nowhere in the booking process did it say that the hotel charges extra to park your car there. This is not a downtown property, but you have to pay extra at the hotel if you have a vehicle. We also had to pay extra to leave our car there while we flew out of town. That is more understandable, but it still wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Also, our girls slept on the couch, and they has no blankets available for them. They were so cold all night because all they had was a sheet. The front desk told me they were out of blankets. Breakfast was really, really good.

Had to pay extra to check in early even though I was not told that by the staff. Staff told me they were sold out so no rooms were ready. When I arrived they magically had rooms available but had to pay $60 additional to check in. Manager was rude and told me she could refund aleady paid amount. Why would this have helped? They would have held this at the bank not freeing up the money to rebook somewhere else. There is a lot of deferred maintenance and the hotel was very noisy. Breakfast Do had cold oatmeal,dried up eggs and not much else. Do not stay here.

Pool was closed for construction, they are renovation the hotel, Staff were great, shuttle drivers excellent. We had to leave for the airport at 5:30 breakfast doesn't open till 6:00 so we didn't get enjoy breakfast. Once the property is completely done I would stay there again.

Crash pad for early flights

This hotel is under construction in many ways. So be aware of that. We have been staying here based on price and proximity to the airport for convenience prior ro early morning flights. So we literally need somewhere to crash and that's it. The shuttle is handy! It works great for place to sleep.
