Staff was nice. Rooms smelled and people staying there long term have no respect for guests just there for a night. They were trying to get into the rooms at night, there was yelling and screaming.

The whole building smelled bad. The carpets were old and dirty and everything was worn and old. We stayed in the back building but even the main building did not look well kept. The breakfast was the worst free breakfast we've had at any motel chain

The room is not too bad for its price. My main problem is the service and the staff. First, they offer shuttle but it felt like they dont wanna provide it to customers that need it. When i was checking in a lot of customers are waiting for it. And customers and staff couldn’t understand each other coz the staff cant communicate clearly with the guests. When i checked, the lady kept talking on the phone with probably customer and had the customers in the lobby wait for long. Told her i need shuttle the next day at 8AM. Then when i checked out the guy said they dont have me in the list. The lady could have wrote my name if she stopped talking on her phone. Again, the hotel is okay but the staff has poor customer service.

When I arrived around 8:00 p.m. just a little bit after when I said I would arrive on the pre-check-In I was told there was no shuttle driver. The lady at the front desk then told me I would be credited $20 for this day to get myself to the hotel. I took a lift which including tip is more than $20. When I got to the hotel I was given a slip of paper with an email address on it and told to contact Mark. I have no confidence that Mark will respond to my email let alone give me the promises $20 but I will update this if he does. I know that in this price range you can't expect too much and I don't think I do, but there was a lot of filth in the room and the toilet seat was not clean. The bed did seem clean and was comfortable. The breakfast was very Spartan but I did not want much so the English muffin and a little cereal with coffee was fine for me but you might rightfully expect more. If you're booking this hotel specifically because it has an airport shuttle like I was, you will be disappointed. We will see if they provide the promised 11:00 a.m. return shuttle.

Everything was MILD infested! From the parking wallpaper in the lobby revealing black mold growth, to the stench of mold in the room and the damp and sticky carpet. It was horrifying and disgusting! We waited at the airport for an hour for the shuttle to arrive when we were told 20 minutes. It smelled like weed when we got there and there was obvious drug sales and use while we were there even by staff. We requested a shuttle the next morning and they said once an hour on the hour but they took a different group who didn't request ahead of time before and were 20 minutes late for the rest of us. Everything was awful!!AC shut off after a few minutes. We had to leave before breakfast.

The room had an awful order every time I entered the room: musky, moldy and mildew order!!!! I asked for room deodorizer but the order was still present. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large hole that eventually started leaking, the cold water was not available so I had to stand in the tub and reach over the sink for cold water as I showered and rinsed myself!!!!,the carpet is so outdated it can no longer be cleaned. The bed and pillows were horrible and needs to be replaced with new ones. I definitely overpaid for a 0 star motel.

Property dirty with trash lying around outside, trash cans very dirty, entry had food fragments on the floor, shower didn’t work at all, water didn’t turn on at all! Ceiling was falling down, wall falling out by AC unit. No hangers at clothing rack. A great disappointment! I did tell front desk when we checked out about no water in shower.
