We had two rooms for our stay. One of the rooms smelled of mold - the staff was kind enough to promptly move us to another room. The second room had the bar of soap and shampoo bottles from the prior client in the shower yet, along with a wet washcloth hanging over the shower stall, glass wall.
The hotel was fine. Not the best, not the worst. We had an issue with the a/c leaking so they moved us to another room. Staff was pleasant. Would have liked a more robust breakfast. It was generally an ok hotel.
Front desk staff has been alternately friendly and rude. Same with drivers; one was helpful and the other not. Room appears clean but is outdated and rundown. Nice laundry facilities but no soap or dryer sheets on site, even for purchase from the front desk or vending. Won’t ever stay here again, particularly now that they’ve chosen not to be pet-friendly. Very sad to see a La Quinta hotel so poorly representing a brand that I typically appreciate.
They let me check in at 12:30 pm. After flying all night, it was a great relief to sleep.
The front entrance of this property is in a weird location and the staff wasn't very welcoming. It was in fine condition, but nothing special.
Room smelled musty with a hint of pet smell, carpet in the room and halls looked old and dirty,
Orbitz did not mention "No elevator". Hall carpet on 2nd floor needs re-stretched to minimize tripping. Room 226 had just 2 outlets in lamp. Driveway to auxiliary parking needs work.
Staff was friendly. Room was not the cleanest. Musty smell in room. Parking lot is pothole riddled.
It was fine for a overnight. No elevator which maybe a challenge for some people.

3 people and three computers at the front desk….but only one person actually working to check people in even though the line was 7-8 families long. One employee trying to train a new employee during peak check in time instead of assisting. Everyone was nice. When we got to the room it smelled like dog pee. Really really strong and musty odor. Hallways smell like smoke. Went back to front and waited 20 mins in line again to get new room. Noticed another family leaving because of gross room. Front desk attendant in training tried to give them advice on sister properties in the area but main front desk person told her she wasn’t allowed. We didn’t have time to find a new place ourselves so took the new room. Just okay. Doesn’t smell. Bathroom has walls peeling and moldy stained shower curtain which doesn’t stay closed on both sides because rod is warped. Tv is fine. Temp is fine. Bed is fine and sheets are clean.
We were in Blizzard Weather & the busy staff were friendly & very professional. I forget my toothbrush & the Hotel Front Desk immediately supplied me a new one. The Airport Shuttle Driver was awesome & Helpfully in those conditions - 5🌟

They told us we did not have a two night stay. They made a mistake and offered no renumeration or help. We did have a two night stay and it took me to call Orbitz-who called the hotel and they did then admit to their mistake. Offered no assistance finding another hotel. We paid considerably more with such short notice
I like the fact that a "Culvers restaurant" is next door.
