While clean and well-cared for, this hotel seemed to attract a lot of customers with a lot of drama and late night hours. Even with the bathroom fan going, white noise playing on my phone and a pillow over my head you could hear arguments and partying in the hallways and surrounding rooms from 1am till 4 am. Maybe they could designate quiet floors and party floors. We will not stay here again.

Friendly Staff. Convenient location. Restaurants nearby.

Nice place !!! Comfortable room. Nothing negative to say.

there was no parking available and got charged 25 dollars just for going around the parking lot looking for a parking spot, we could not find one so when we decided to go out of the parking lot still got charged

The property is okay overall. Minor things such as no remote for one of the tv’s. Feeling like I got locked into my bathroom because lack of upkeep on maintenance to doors made it just an okay experience. Proximity to everything is nice, but for competition, I would love to see this property improve on these small things. I would give it a 7-8 rating overall with the things that occurred

Great location, quiet room, park in city ramp a block away for half the cost.

I liked the location in regards to Target Field, an easy walk withe few worries. It also has a great bar next to it (Brits Pub) where folks sat out on blankets on a green field to watch a HUGE tv for soccer. We loved watching it from our window. The room was really nice. My only complaint was the bed was really hard. (and no pool)

It was convenient and easy access for the downtown. The breakfast bar was over priced

This is where we like to stay in Minneapolis for the location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and if you have the right floor and view you can see the future set up for Target’s merchandise. I know that is weird to be excited about, but it is pretty cool when you see it.

Checked in late after long day of driving. We were tired, so we pretty much went to bed, but not before discovering 1/3 of the listed cable channels didn’t work and one of the remotes was broken. Woke up and went to take a shower only to discover the shower curtain was aging, damaged, and clearly hadn’t been checked in a while—it also had two used and dirty washcloths hanging off it. Disgusting! I called the front desk and we were promptly moved to a different room and given free parking and breakfast for the second night. We were gone all day and again arrived back at hotel late. Later discovered that the cable in 2nd room didn’t work either. The 2nd shower curtain was also broken, stained, and didn’t have a liner. To top it all off, one of the “clean” washcloths had a makeup stain. Other signs of general disrepair: upside down and dusty lamp shades in lobby and broken/loose floor tiles in elevators. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, but I absolutely would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.
