Heating was not operational (it was a colder night). No hot water in our first room...they moved us to a different room. Almost zero water pressure in the second room. Staff was friendly enough but it feels like the property has been neglected. Great location.

Plumbing was not great. Toilet didn't flush well and my toilet seat was broken. All of the furniture was broken. My room was huge and had two television sets. Not super clean and kinda run down, but tons of space. In general it was fine, but not great.

Overall Experience: Poor I booked a twin bed room accommodation, but upon arrival, we were given a king bed room instead. Thankfully, there was a pull-out bed that my kids were able to use during our overnight stay. However, the check-in process was not smooth, as the staff had to sort through available rooms before accommodating us. Breakfast: It was not clearly communicated that a coupon was required for breakfast. If I had not asked the front desk, we would have ended up paying for our breakfast unnecessarily. Staff Service: My husband requested extra clean linens, but he had to go back and follow up again because the request was not addressed initially. Parking: The $30 per night parking fee was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. This should have been communicated upfront to avoid unexpected charges. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear communication regarding room assignment, breakfast requirements, and parking fees. Better coordination and transparency would greatly improve the guest experience.

We asked to be moved from our first room because of no hot water and a tv that did not work efficiently. The fronts of doors and cabinets were marred and the bathroom door frame looked dirty at the bottom. Our next room looked somewhat better in these regards. Breakfast was tasty, and the server was sweet and cordial. Parking was outrageously expensive.
