The night we arrived there was a Meet and Greet dinner/snack and drink social going on . It was very nice and the food tasted pretty decent. The room had a homey feel to it and was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was no free parking.

Came for a funeral. Difficulty sleeping but probably not the room's fault. Provided what was necessary. The air duct blew directly on me … not conducive to sleep whether it was cold or hot air. Provided a nice spot for respite during the weekend.

Accommodations were great! We had no complaints with the size, cleanliness, and appearance of the room. We would book again.

Great Stay! Staff was friendly. Minus the construction things were great!

Hotel room was clean, quick check-in. Lots of kids in the hotel. Breakfast lobby was crowded, multiple spills, staff attempting to clean-up some of the areas, but kids made it difficult.

This was the perfect way to keep the family together without breaking the bank. The separate sleeping rooms with the common dining and kitchen area were perfect. The location is perfect for seeing the sites of Downtown.

A great value for a family. Such a great location only a short walk to anything we needed. (Market, coffee house, museum riverside, ice cream, metro, restaurants.....) the water park should be included and the elevators were slow. The buffet breakfast is included and having full kitchen was great.

We really enjoyed the closeness to the St. Anthony's Falls area! Just a short distance to some MN History! Also, a quick peek into the Guthrie Theatre is a must! The kitchenette in our room was perfect for our family as well as the water park! I would definitely recommed a stay here! I know we will be back!

Great family hotel. The rooms are great with the kitchens. The waterpark was a hit with the children. Hotel staff were very professional. The breakfast was very good.

After a long day of travel, the staff at this hotel handled my problems and made me comfortable quickly. The hotel is very comfortable and full of conveniences. I was able to walk to every place I needed to go. The room and hotel made working remotely very convenient. I cannot wait to go back for R&R at this location.

Did not get to enjoy anything at the hotel as we stayed for 1 night just for a wedding reception we were attending close by. Because of the location it was great for us. But I was not happy that I was not informed about having to pay additional for parking upon paying already 112.00 after tax for a 1 night stay at the hotel. I paid an additional 15.00 for 1 night of parking.

Close to my customers office. Easy to get to from the light rail.

Nothing horrible. But nothing special either, and the whole place felt a bit dated.

This is the second time we've stayed here at the Residence Inn at The Depot. It's a lovely hotel, well maintained, with pleasant staff and great offerings, including complimentary breakfast, fitness facility and easy parking (albeit with an extra charge). Both of our stays were fabulous, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable option the city.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Suites provide adequate space and amenities are acceptable. The location is perfect for access to the MetroDome or the Guthrie Theater. My only complaint was the fake butter and fake syrup at the breakfast buffet. It left me with no breakfast options.

We stayed overnight for the Lucky 7k fun run. Room was excellent and the breakfast was the best continental we've had. We would definitely stay again.

my stay was for 6 nights Oct/Nov 2011. I had a queen suite on the ground floor. I was afraid it might be noisy so close to the street, but it is a relatively quiet street. The room was clean. The mattress was extra firm (I prefer softer), there were 5 pillows some fiberfill some feather/down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a standard variety of hot and cold items. Stays over monday thru thursday night included a single menu supper (i.e. Hamburgers with bakedbeans, french fries, salad and dessert). It is a short walk to the parks along the mississipi river and to the light rail to/from the airport.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this Hotel to friends planning on visiting Minneapolis! Gracias!

Mostly good, execpt if you had a problem, seemed like it depended who was on desk. Ask to have rooms together - said they couldn't change anything made thru Orbitz. 88 Year old mother needed to be near and they were fighting this.

Exceptional staff, awesome location, lots of ammenities, wonderful breakfast service, other than my room not being serviced one day and running out of TP twice, overall experience was great! Would definiatley stay again and reccommend to others.
