Close to everything. 1/2 blk to NiceRide bike station & 2 blks to bike path, 5 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Gopher's stadium, St. Thomas, Macalester, St. Catherine, & Minneapolis Convention Center. Overall great. The host was super responsive and the place worked for us.The back yard was awesome for our dogs and the location of the apartment was pretty convenient. We felt safe in the area as well. One thing we didn’t like as much was the bed size but I understand that’s tough to address with the size of bedrooms in the apartment. We did find a dead mouse (in a trap) and saw another live mouse. The host provided us with traps and peanut butter. We weren’t bothered by them but it’s good to know about

Very quiet. Great beds/mattresses. Not fancy, but has everything you might need. Clean, but a few cobwebs around. Enjoyed morning coffee in the backyard & the Cardinals that perched on the fence. Good little cafe at the end of the block.

We had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood is fantastic with a cafe and park right around the corner, and grocery stores within a couple minutes drive. The apartment is in an older building, so comes with the creaks and issues expected. Unit itself has some updates but also still showing age with creaky floors. The unit was nicely cleaned though and host was wonderful enough to supply a pack-and-play for our little one.

Clean and functional

We were disappointed that only one of the two bedrooms had an air conditioner. I may have misread, but I thought we were staying in a house but it turned out to be a very old tired four apartment building. It was clean and served our needs, but was disappointing.

Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. Host had great communication. The reason I’m not giving five is because this is an old building and the accommodations are basic. If you just need clean basics though, I would recommend it.

Quiet, clean, friendly and professional

Brenda is a wonderful host, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, the space is clean, the bed in the main bedroom is comfy (I didn't test the other one) and the AC units worked perfectly. Any time I had a question or concern, Brenda responded quickly, professionally and with kindness. Thank you!

Working holiday in the Twin Cities

I had a wonderful stay in Brenda's apartment, named "Stella's Sweet Place." It was clean, comfortable and had ample space, definitely for one person, but a family of 3-4 could probably make this home for a week or two as well. The neighbourhood is clean and safe and walking distance from downtown Minneapolis, as well as from the scenic Mississippi River. Definitely recommend!

It's fine.

We stayed for five days. Very walkable. Check in was easy, host is very communicative. The space was fine. Nothing fancy but functional and felt safe. Interior items are fine. Some items are showing wear (kitchen table is really wobbly.) The yard was a nice if you have a dog staying with you.
