It was just ok, it served the purpose of a place to sleep while in MPLS. Not well kept up, consistent 78° in the building and rooms which was hot and the ac didnt work in the room so we had to leave the windows open which only helped cool the room down a little bit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Not sure if it was just us or not, but our room was uncomfortably hot. Did not seem like the AC was working even after turning it on and setting it pretty low. The lowest it ever got in our room was 76 and was as high as 83

I enjoyed the staff and their friendliness. I called ahead of time coming from out of state and asked for specifics for my room that were unsure if they could accommodate. Very lovely hotel located in the heart of the Minneapolis theatre district and sports complexes. Staff very friendly and accommodating; room was modern and updated- impeccably clean! Only downside is no restaurant in the hotel and having to park in a ramp a little walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Modern hotel, nice amenities, great location.
Modern hotel, clean, nicely updated/decorated, friendly hotel staff. Appreciate some of the little amenities, like a space heater, sound/white noise machine, fitness center, microwave in the main lobby. Ambience was lovely, great location in the theater district, close to many restaurants and entertainment options. If I were to suggest something to improve, it would be noise reduction to the hallway. Perhaps soft close hinges, or door sweeps that might close the bottom gap? Lots of door slamming at all hours. The sound machine helps, but feel like there are measures that could improve this issue.

The staff are totally disinterested in customer service. The quality of the room is pretty run down and crappy. And the TV doesn't have a basic streaming capability. It may have been a high quality stay in its prime, but not anymore.
