Very centrally located to the entertainment and dining opportunities in downtown Minneapolis. The staff was courteous and professional. We had positive interactions with everyone from the valet to the front desk to the bar and wait staff.

Great Location

Great location for the Timberwolves vs. Hawks game. Never had to walk outside in the cold by using the skywalk bridge. Parking is a little weird, but doable with the Mayo Clinic parking. Valet service was very expensive.

Great experience

Fantastic customer service. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Lived the bath robes. I’m not down side was being unaware of the event parking rate in the lot that we parked in.
