Convenient location and nice skyway access to convention center. The restaurant had very good food.

I really did want to like this hotel. The soaring modern chandeliers in an epic-sized lobby present a positive first impression, but nothing else comes up to measure. It’s clean and fairly comfortable, but there are hints of sub-par management evident that shouldn’t be there for the price. I had several problems that cropped up. 1) The toilet was slow flushing, clogged with the previous occupant’s leavings. 2)The sink water took 3 minutes to get anything hot. 3)Housekeeping completely missed our room on one of the days we were here. 3)The dinner at the restaurant had indifferent service. 4) A bunch of kids knocked on our door, thinking we were someone else. (Not hotel’s fault) 5) The included breakfast turned out to be a cup of coffee and a pastry from their “Market” shop. They wouldn’t let me take a credit against the restaurant’s breakfast. 6) Towels were scratchy (what other hotel chain uses a cotton/polyester blend?). 7) The revolving entry door was left blow-through open to clean the windows on a day it was below zero - freezing out the lobby and restaurant during a busy holiday morning. 8) No consideration for being a Hilton Honors member, other than intermittent Wi-Fi 9). Posted maximum room charge of $3,000.00 just invites abuse. And, most importantly, 10) nobody ever offered any compensation to make up for any inconvenience when it was brought to their attention. Something is wrong with how this place is being run, or they’ve been told to keep their costs as cheap

Chose this hotel based on price for a Minnesota Vikings home football weekend. It was a fantastic choice! LOVED the lobby bar (very active during the home football weekend), within a block or two of several excellent restaurants. Easy to get an uber to the game (about $8) and a 20-minute walk back from the stadium. Parking was NOT included, although the booking site said it was. We were charged $20 to park when we checked in, but directions were not clear and we ended up parking in the wrong ramp and had to pay again when we left. The cost was negligible (maybe $10??) so I would suggest you NOT pay to park at check-in and just pay at whatever public ramp you end up parking in. There are many in the vicinity. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for games or downtown stays. Will definitely choose it next time we're in town!!

Everything went very well. Connection to they skyway system was convenient.

The Hilton is a full service hotel for us. Nice, clean, quiet rooms. Safe environment that is close to many activities we frequent and they have a full service bar, restaurant and the added bonus is the Starbucks in the lobby for that morning caffeine fix.

When I left the hotel in the morning to visit a relative, the bathroom was in less than ideal shape, When I returned, I found the bathroom very clean with items laid out in an orderly and useful fashion, The entire hotel room was well cleaned. The quality of the room care was extraordinary.. To the person whose duty it was to maintain the room, I say "very well done."

We loved everything about the Hilton! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were great. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again because also the price is right!!

I was trying to get some assistant with the Wi-Fi, I was told it's too late to be asking for that and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I would like to think I am a considered person and I would not make a phone call at any unreasonable hour. The hosting lady at The breakfast buffet she did not bother to ask me where I would like to sit , so I did feel that I wasn't welcome there. The reason I am given feedback, because I believe there is always room for improvement. Keep up the good job and thank you, Sanaa

Received a great room with a view of Downtown Minneapolis. Thanks

This hotel was booked as part of a travel package....meeting family members & this was where they chose to stay, so was kind of stuck in the decision to stay here. Definitely would never stay here again & most certainly will NEVER stay with Hilton ever again! Check-in was ok, not very welcoming, quite unhelpful with answering questions or giving info. After arriving at room, first noticed layers of dust on headboard, lamps, phone, etc. Carpet showed dirt, fridge not cold. Then entered bathroom & was absolutely disgusted! Urine spots on toilet seat! Bathtub dirty, counter dusty, only 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels & 3 bath towels. We were 4 adults staying in this room. Quite disappointing with what I had previously thought Hilton stood for.

The room could have been a little cleaner. The staff members were nice and very attentive. The location was great, good walking distance to downtown attractions.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Nice room, good location

Incredible staff that was extremely friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday promptly. Check out Hen House for breakfast and Crave in the rooftop for dinner. Our favorite brewery was Bahahus. Would recommend a Lynx game if the girls are in town. Hotel was being renovated, as all of downtown is, in preparation for hosting the Super Bowl. Other than than that absolutely no issues or complaints. Love it here.

Hotel staff was not friendly. When checking in, I was directed to stand in the line (in which no one was standing in) before I was helped. I was quickly rushed off the phone and hung up on when calling down to ask a few questions. Vending machines were sold out, leaving us unable to purchase even a bottle of water upon checking in late at night. Beds were tiny. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was always cold and drafty as of the AC was on despite being set at 72 and the outside temps in the 60s. Attached parking garage at $14/day self parking was nice. Location was relatively good and made much of the city very walkable.

My stay at the Hilton Minneapolis was quite delightful. It's prime location is ideal for experiencing the twin cities.

We have stayed here several times. We like the service. During our recent stay they were in the process of a remodel, so elevators were not easily accessible in the hotel. Parking is reasonable, only $14, unless you do the valet. We usually do the valet, but did not this time as the weather is getting warmer.

The hotel staff told me that parking was included, then I learned it was not. Then I was told where to park, then told I should have parked somewhere else, it would have been cheaper. So I paid about 50.00 for 2 days of parking. I would not have stayed at that location if I had been told truthfully that parking was not included.

The hotel was nice and clean the people are very friendly the surroundings and area is inconvenient to shopping stores we had a very beautiful view I recommend people to stay there

Check in was great, the people at the desk were super nice. However, nobody thought it was necessary to tell guests they were under construction and there was no pool/hot tub available. Huge disappointment! Was only offered drink tickets or to walk 4 blocks to the Hyatt to use theirs. Nothing looked like the pictures, everything was under construction. The only thing that looked like the pictures is the actual room. Manager would not offer any discount as I booked through Orbitz. Orbitz is "looking into this".

Nadia at check in was great! We upgraded to 25th floor for city view & extra perks :)
