Staff was rude and unhelpful. Nice room, good location

Incredible staff that was extremely friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday promptly. Check out Hen House for breakfast and Crave in the rooftop for dinner. Our favorite brewery was Bahahus. Would recommend a Lynx game if the girls are in town. Hotel was being renovated, as all of downtown is, in preparation for hosting the Super Bowl. Other than than that absolutely no issues or complaints. Love it here.

Hotel staff was not friendly. When checking in, I was directed to stand in the line (in which no one was standing in) before I was helped. I was quickly rushed off the phone and hung up on when calling down to ask a few questions. Vending machines were sold out, leaving us unable to purchase even a bottle of water upon checking in late at night. Beds were tiny. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was always cold and drafty as of the AC was on despite being set at 72 and the outside temps in the 60s. Attached parking garage at $14/day self parking was nice. Location was relatively good and made much of the city very walkable.

My stay at the Hilton Minneapolis was quite delightful. It's prime location is ideal for experiencing the twin cities.

We have stayed here several times. We like the service. During our recent stay they were in the process of a remodel, so elevators were not easily accessible in the hotel. Parking is reasonable, only $14, unless you do the valet. We usually do the valet, but did not this time as the weather is getting warmer.

The hotel staff told me that parking was included, then I learned it was not. Then I was told where to park, then told I should have parked somewhere else, it would have been cheaper. So I paid about 50.00 for 2 days of parking. I would not have stayed at that location if I had been told truthfully that parking was not included.

The hotel was nice and clean the people are very friendly the surroundings and area is inconvenient to shopping stores we had a very beautiful view I recommend people to stay there

Check in was great, the people at the desk were super nice. However, nobody thought it was necessary to tell guests they were under construction and there was no pool/hot tub available. Huge disappointment! Was only offered drink tickets or to walk 4 blocks to the Hyatt to use theirs. Nothing looked like the pictures, everything was under construction. The only thing that looked like the pictures is the actual room. Manager would not offer any discount as I booked through Orbitz. Orbitz is "looking into this".

Nadia at check in was great! We upgraded to 25th floor for city view & extra perks :)

Heard drilling every morning at 7 am that woke all of us even on the weekends. Room was newly remodeled but still looked like the 80's . I work in construction management and it looks like they hired cheap labor with low quality work in units.

love the walking distance, room, very comfortable bed.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel. It is located close to Orchestra Hall (which is why we stayed here) and Nicollet Mall. The rooms and lobby are comfortable and modern. It is a very nice, but not extraordinary, hotel. We got a great deal, which made it so worthwhile. Note, Orbitz says that parking is included, but it is not.

We stayed here for one night as a birthday getaway. We went to see a comedy show at the New Century Theater, so it was nice and close for walking! The room was awesome. Bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom with the tub was very was nice, and the mini fridge was also very convenient! The workout facility was large (best workout room I've ever seen at a hotel), with many weight options, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.. We didn't go in the pool or hot tub, but they looked great!

Very close to everything including US Bank stadium. Vikings stay at hotel. Will be excellent when renovations are complete. Even with renovations a great hotel and great staff.

The room has been redone and is clean, fresh and refined. The locat arteork was a nice touch. Staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Excellent service. The only reason I held back one star for overall was some noise disturbance at times while in the room. But overall, I would highly recommend this property. Very pleasant and serene.

I came in from out of town to run the Twin Cities Marathon. The hotel has a great downtown location, it's about a 10 minute walk to US Bank Stadium (Vikings). It's also about a 10 minute walk to a train station where you can catch the Blue or Green line to get to Target Field (Twins), the University of Minnesota, Mall of America or St. Paul. There are several bars/restaurants near by. The hotel is nice, but doesn't have a lot of included extras. There is no free breakfast, no free wifi unless you're a Hilton rewards member, I didn't have a car, but I believe parking is an extra fee. When I checked in Saturday morning there were only two people working the front desk, so there was a wait. However, the staff was very friendly and my room was ready at noon, so no real complaints. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have any issue with noise from other guests, even on a Saturday night. Overall, a good downtown hotel at a reasonable price.

Hotel and staff was wonderful. Had a late check in and kids were happy that their pool was open later than most hotels.

Excellent hotel. Was very quiet. No hallway, elevator, or next room noise. View was amazing. Parking ramp was easy to access and find and plenty of parking! Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel. Loved the executive lounge with breakfast. Close to great dining!!

The hotel room was fine enough, but the room service was pretty bad. Ordered a steak with potato skins that was not cheap and got about a 3oz. steak with what I can only describe as mashed tater tots. I also ordered the steak as medium rare and it came medium well.
