The hotel rooms are actually spacious but they seem a little grungy. It's not filthy but it was a little dusty and smelled stale. Opening the window didn't help. Little things like the part of the ceramic in the bath tub peeling and a toilet seat that could be replaced make you feel like they don't pay attention to even obvious wear and tear items that make you wonder what else is going on in the room that you can't see. It wasnt expensive to stay here and maybe that's part of what you get. If we stayed more than two nights I'd probably switch and go to another hotel that is cleaner. The staff were nice and attentive. All in all if you're a neat freak stay somewhere else. If not and it's a short stay I'd say it's fine just not anything special.

We were in Minneapolis as first-time visitors to see our son. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent. Accessibility to public transportation was a key attraction as we chose not to rent a car. While not the finest food I've ever eaten, the breakfast bar offered a wide variety of choices and was well-stocked. We certainly ate our fair share! The walls were a little thin, but the only real noise we heard was from a school group socializing in the hall in the evening---nothing that merited a complaint.

This is the closest hotel you will find to the convention center. Great pool, gym, and jacuzzi.

Good access to the city services, solid value, would stay there again.

Nice clean hotel close to everything downtown. No frills, though.

Was in town on business and stayed at this hotel. It was a good choice. Clean, nice price, and good location for my business there.

You can not beat the location, a block away from the convention center is SUPER convenient. I have never met a more friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and neat. highly recommend this hotel for your next convention stay! Or just looking for a great hotel, I will definitely stay here again!!

Convenient to the Convention Center and great friendly staff

I reserved and paid for a standard room. When I checked in, they had up graded me to a two room suite. Nice. Too bad I wasn't there but just to sleep. Front desk folks seemed a bit less than welcoming. Actually kind of un-friendly. Oh well.....I killed them with kindness anyway.

This is a comfortable hotel with pretty good price. I didn't realize the parking costs $15. Even so the price is still pretty reasonable, especially in the downtown area. I have traveled to different places and had continental breakfast in different hotel. I usually don't expect much if the breakfast is offered without additional charge. However, I would rate the breakfast in this hotel above average with number of selection on hot food.

It was a good distance to the target center and we were able to have a really good breakfast. The bed was amazing!

Holiday Inn was wonderful, clean and everything I expect and nothing I didn't. The breakfast had much to choose from and the staff were all very friendly and professional, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, complimentary hot/cold breakfast, friendly staff, free wi-fi, computer & printer access

nice clean room, no entrance frills but the location and value is what we were looking for. breakfast was a bonus. we would re book here, but we do not normally spend much of our time in our room. we did not go to the pool and was unable to utilize the work out room.

I like most things about this hotel but there are things they could improve on: 1) My bed was very saggy in the middle and caused some back discomfort. 2) The free breakfast is a great idea but selections need to be updated.

Check in was painless, the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was astonishingly tasteful, the location was convenient. I would recommend parking in the parking garage across the street instead of the hotel's parking lot if you do not plan to be there for long. It may be cheaper.

Extremely well located for Convention Center business. Staff exceled with professionalism and courtesy.

Great downtown location, nice free breakfast. Highly recommended.

good location just across the street to the skyway lots of variety for breakfast no restaurant or bar

Comfortable and close to the downtown convention center. Reasonably priced for location, would stay there again.
