Our spacious two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six guests with a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. You'll also have two modern bathrooms, both of which feature rain shower heads. To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

We wish to formally inform you that, in accordance with the building’s operational policies and scheduled seasonal maintenance, the pool facility will be closed and inaccessible from September 7, 2025, through May 25, 2026.

This routine, annual closure is necessary to ensure the ongoing safety, upkeep, and proper maintenance of the facility during the colder months. It also allows management to preserve the high standards of hygiene and functionality expected by all residents and guests.

We recognize that the pool is a valued amenity, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
