Like the staff, they were very accommodating when we had trouble with Orbitz and them not able to find our reservation due to error on Orbitz’s end. Would like to see dining or snack shop opened longer as we had free food and drink credit and were unable to use it as it was not opened.
Stayed here to attend a show at the Pantages...so close to everything we needed. Will be back!

We were disappointed by staff member, Preston who checked us in to a room that was occupied by another guest. When I went back downstairs to let him know, he had an attitude as if I was lying. Another staff member stepped in to help by issuing me another room. Also, housekeeping did not clean our room on Sunday. I tried calling housekeeping, but no answer. I called the front desk and they we very vague and asked what we needed. We asked for clean towels, which were brought to our room hours after we called.
The receptionist at the restaurant is the rudest that I have encountered in my lifetime. She simply needs to go. I made this reservation several months ago with a request for adjoining rooms, but this request seemed to have been lost at the time of check in. They were able to find rooms next to each other eventually. The hotel is a renovated Radisson that in many places shows a less than stellar remodel. It is a boring sort of place as everything looks the same, but acceptable if you just need a place to stay.
It was expensive and four star ans we expected better service and nice room and bathroom. Floor was threadbare and tub was old and room was lucklaster. No valet parking. Underwhelmed.

This is an overall fantastic place to stay. The location is centralized in Downtown, parking couldn't be easier (great in/out card system), easy check in and super friendly staff. The room itself was super clean and quiet. Will absolutely be staying here again.
