Terrible customer service, The valet closes at 10 pm Charged us 100 and said it was 67 per night. The front desk and the valet don’t communicate to effectively serve the customer. Waited to receive my car for 40 mins because the valet was at lunch and missed my flight.

There was a lot of worry going into Minneapolis with angry protestors. We were unsure if there were going to be riots. Upon immediately showing up at the hotel we were impressed by the amount of security there was to get into the hotel! It made us feel safe on our stay!
