Stayed here for a wedding. Staff was very helpful and accomdating. The crowd/line to get up the elevator was inconvenient at times but overall I enjoyed my stay.

There were problems with the hotel from check in to check out. The hotel was completely understaffed. It took about 40 minutes to check in because they were so understaffed. It was also annoying to see that every flight attendant or pilot walked to the front of the line to check in.The hotel seemed to have an abundance of flight crews. Clearly there should have been a different area for them to check in. The rooms were not clean and housekeeping arrived at 5:15 after 33 calls and 2 trips to the front desk, Express check out was also a disaster.I was told to leave our personal information in an open box for all to see. Instead I waited in line again and gave it to the desk clerk. I never did get a copy of our bill emailed to me. This appears to be a very busy hotel that is completely understaffed. Huge quantities of people were checking in all day long. Surprisingly we were there 3 days and never found a lobby. We did see a large table that people hung out at but no lobby. I would never stay there again

Great staff. Anna at the front desk made me feel special.

You can't beat the location of Radisson Blu if you are planning to visit the Mall of America! No need to get in a car and deal with parking. The hotel is attached right to the mall. We had a great experience. We do like our stays to have breakfast included...but the hotel restaurant was very nice and we enjoyed it...just not having to pay extra for it. I'm very surprised that the bathrooms have pretty much NO counter space alongside the sink. Basically 3 inches on each side. You have to wonder who in the world designed that! They've done a great job with the rooms otherwise but that is a biggie. Any people who prefer baths to showers are out of luck too. The ambiance as you enter the hotel is fantastic and the check in staff was awesome. Be prepared to pay $16/night for parking AND for your breakfast. If you're going to shop at the mall this is your hotel!

Small bathrooms. We have two kids and had to request a different room after seeing we only had a shower. No counter space in bathroom. Our sheets were not changed out before check in, the beds were just 'made'. The on site restaurant is wonderful. Great food, great, selection, great service.

Very good hotel. Modern, updated and in very convenient location.

Will stay there again without a doubt . Staff was great.

Hotel is nice and connected to the mall of America. Very convenient for shopping. However the room we reserved overlooking the valley was not available. If you overlook the mall you see nothing but air conditioning units. Staff very friendly and they tried to accommodate but there were no rooms left. Overall very nice hote!

Very nice hotel! Parking was a a bit ridiculous at $16 per day.

Awesome! Very convenient! Easy to park! Jorge at check in was the best!

Went to the Mall of America with my 9 year old granddaughter. It was her first trip without mom and dad. We are not really "late night' people so it was unexpected to have such a quiet room. The housekeeping staff did a great job and seemed to be organized in the times they cleaned our room. It was always done by the time we returned for a mid afternoon break. I would definitely stay again.

Love it!!! It is very comfortable bed! Very easy to get to the mall of America!

One thing that bothered me about this experience is when I chose this hotel, the price was quoted at $199. When it was charged, we paid $219 (plus taxes and fees). The added $20 is quite frustrating to me. I'm not sure if Orbitz messed up, or if the hotel did. Either way, I think the quoted price should be the price charged. That is my one complaint.

Stayed there for business. Was an amazing stay. Connected to the MOA, you don't need any reason to leave the hotel / mall. Lots of things to do. Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was exactly what you want in luxury lodging!! The staff was friendly & prompt towards my every need!! It was extremely clean & quiet!! The room was spacious, clean, quiet, conveniently located!! I will definitely only stay here when visiting this area again!!

This hotel is the only place I would stay for a trip to the Mall of America. The convenience was unbelievable and the decor was high class!

We booked out hotel on the way to Mall of America we really didn't have a plan when we started our trip. The hotel is VERY nice. The contemporary design of the room is nice, but not something that I really care about to be honest with you. In a hotel the most I care about is the bed and how I sleep. We really liked the fact that it was attached to the Mall of America and once we parked we didn't have to use our vehicle until we left which is nice when you have small children to deal with. It isn't a huge deal, but I am surprised there wasn't a hot tub. Or it could have been we didn't see it in the pool area.

Proximity to MOA very convenient. Quiet comfortable rooms and great restaurant. Valet service perfect.

I wasn't completely happy with The recent visit to Radisson. The hotel room was wonderful though the beds were a bit too hard. The service was great although the parking horrible.

perfect, parking was great, check-in was super fast. Relaxing room, walk into the mall super easy, lots of restaurant selections, no driving, no worry about a glass or two of wine, then walk back to the room. Excellent.

Bj, we appreciate you taking time to write about your experience. We are glad that you enjoyed our location connected to the mall. However, we are very sorry about the long lines at check-in. We do our very best to staff accordingly and we sincerely apologize that the check-in process took so long. Regarding the express check-out, it is meant to be more of a convenience to our guests who do not wish to check-out at the Front Desk. We never want our guests to feel pressured to use the express check-out feature. You are always more than welcome to check-out with our Front Desk team. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a much better experience in the future. Thank you.
