Problem with water flow during my morning shower. Took me almost half an hour. They gave me a room on second floor next to main lobby. There were gatherings and parties every damn nights, not being able to get my sleep for my work next day. Massive crowds every morning and big lines. Food dishes were getting empty so quickly. In Orbitz website I filtered properly with free parking, but they changed me $30 a night for parking. I am very upset about my experience with the hotel and orbits.

It was 90 degrees in our room and our AC was not working. They were full up so box fans were the option...swiming pool was up and running but they qwrent letting people use it and the fitness center was tore apart.

Pool was closed and the pool is why we booked this hotel with kids. Expedia and the hotel were able to refund our stay since this accommodation was not available. Staff was very nice and lobby was great with games for kids to play to pass the time. Hotel offers to hold your luggage before check in if needed as well. Just didn’t work out for us as we’re had kids and the pool was the main attraction for them. Wasn’t with it to stay.

Everything was great about my stay. The conveniency of the location was awesome. I was blown away how big my room was and clean. The one critique i would have is that both of the bed frames were well worn so half of the bed sunk and sloped down on the inner side making it a lil awkward to get comfortable. Would stay here again though!

We had a great experience. We ended up being upgraded, which was great. Breakfast was great. Only weird thing is that you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby of the hotel. It was great that we could walk to the concert in the connecting skywalks.
