Bathroom door is very strange - like the modern look, but it's just not practical, especially when staying in a suite with multiple people. One TV didn't work at all. One light burned out as soon as we turned it on. There was no hot water on Sunday morning. Breakfast was not impressive at all, missing many staples, even just a regular bagel. Hated that the coffee was put away immediately after breakfast as well. The room had a great view, a convenient location, and the front desk staff was very efficient, but the hotel itself almost seemed cheaply built. Not worth the price that we paid for it. Also be careful when parking! We were charged double and the staff refused to reimburse.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, awesome location! Stayed on downtown for personal travel and the staff was very accommodating. Awesome breakfast spread. Very picky about gyms and the hotel gym had more than enough to give anyone a good start to the day. Two hot tubs in the pool was a welcome surprise considering the amount of people visiting it.

Great location, helpful staff, like the bar in the lobby, good breakfast spread, great beds/pillows, great room size for the price Two recommendations: 1) Lots of noise downtown, all day and night, plus lots of smudges/scrapes...hard to see out clearly. Put in better windows, keep them clean/clear. 2) The frosted, hanging doors for the bathroom are ridiculous. Not very private...lights on in the bathroom and you can see a lot, hear everything, and actually see in from the side. Plus they're awkward to open/close. Put normal, opaque doors in for proper privacy.

All I would hv expected. Convenient location That is all I have to say

Very nice hotel, but disappointed with the room not having a microwave. The staff was very helpful, except for the bartender who was quite rude. Other than that, everything was within walking distance to many amenities.

Room was clean all the time staff was very kind I want a room with a view they had one available they gave it to me my only complaint which is a serious issue to me one day I came from the mall getting to my floor trash bags was all over the hallway I didn't like it and they should change the way they do things that can cause bugs

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Right downtown and convenient to nearby attractions.

First of all the parking was not very well signed. The guy at check-in was very uninviting and just not very personable. Didn't even tell us where our room was . Second the breakfast was disgusting there were a big bowl of yogurt slop nothing individual eggs are runny and the coffee was disgusting. Also no flavored creamer for the coffee. Room was okay but still nothing extra no lotion just a small container of shampoo and conditioner and getting into the fridge was obnoxious. I just would never suggest anybody to stay at this hotel.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, both times great service and we loved the room. Pool and exercise facility is great. Staff at the bar was awesome!

Close to restaurants and entertainment including the Vikings stadium. Spacious rooms. Clean. Great staff.

Convenient, clean, and spacious rooms. I will stay here again when in Minneapolis.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool and exercise room. Quiet and comfortable hotel

Had an appointment downtown, Hyatt made stay comfortable and liked being connected to skyway.

Overnight stay. Great location, nice room and amenities. However, the plumbing was so noisy. Whenever the people above us flushed the toilet or used the shower the plumbing was obnoxiously loud and even prevented us from falling asleep easily.

Great location for our needs. Quick uber ride to wherever we needed to be. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only complaint would be the continental breakfast.... It was chaos. No one around refilling clean plates, silverware, cups, coffee and food. All the dirty dishes were piled high on a counter, which was overflowing. It certainly wasn't the first time it's been busy so there should have been more preparation to keep up. Overheard numerous people conplaining of the same issues.

Good breakfast, clean, well priced, friendly staff. Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable and parking signs a little confusing. Would stay again

Rented a suite for 3 nights and overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have come across.

The room was great. Check in wait was reasonable. The room itself was very nice. My girlfriend and I only stayed for one night, but it was a very enjoyable evening, and a romantic place.
