Best Western Plus The Normandy Inn & Suites

Well most places usually offer some sort of deal for military vets. Also little better treatment for customers. For the price of service expected more in experience than what was received

English tudor style. Bldg inside and out is old and needs updating. Rooms are partially updated and very comfortable. Had breakfast and the food was awesome! Hotel check in staff could use some customer service training.

Very nice Staff, good location in Downtown Minneapolis.

exceeded expectations, will be my first choice next time

Worked out very well. More expensive than I would have preferred but over all I would stay there again. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The room was great! We stayed for two nights and had received an upgrade to our room with no additional charge. It had a living room area with a small bar and sink, along with a large suite with king size bed. The bathroom was clean and had recently been remodeled. Only concern was to access the bathroom you had to walk through the bedroom area, which was fine for us, but a little awkward for our visitors to use. But overall great service and wonderful room and location to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Everything went very smoothly. Nice place to stay. Shuttle to and from the concert. Staff very helpful.

We were quite pleased with this hotel. The staff with whom we interacted were cheerful and helpful. This was only 3 blocks from where the meetings were held. The price of parking was comparatively quite good. For a big city hotel, the price wasn't all that bad. We liked the view out our window. The beds & pillows were wonderful. It was a good experience.

I stayed at the Best Western Normandy Inn & Suites for two nights while at a conference. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The hotel was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds, helpful staff, a very good restaurant in the building, and free wi-fi. Though it was not the official conference hotel, it was still within walking distance of the conference center. I sometimes feel uncomfortable at the sort of grand hotels where conferences usually take place, but the Normandy Inn & Suites didn't seem to have any of those pretensions, so I felt right at home.

Absurdly overpriced for a very outdated hotel. Walls so thin you can hear everything. Old saggy mattress. No microwave in room - isn't that just standard now? Smelled like fresh air hadn't circulated in five years. AC so loud that it practically work me up every time it came in. And it smelled mildewy.

Very clean hotel. Had a King suite which was very comfortable, enjoyed the extra room and fridge and microwave. Pool and lounge area was nice. Only complaint I had was that I had visitors that came in the middle of the night and were questioned by the front desk if we were going to have a party. The front desk worker said we will throw you out and you wont get a refund . This was embarassing for me as I was the guest of this hotel. There was no party, there were no complaints. I felt like this hotel had a curfew and bedtime.

This place surprised me on so many different levels. The price was very reasonable, the room was beautiful and the food was excellent. I ordered the walleye I would make a special trip just to get it again. Love this place!!

very nice and quite. service of staff was outstanding! restaurant/food very good! a great place to stay for business.

If you need to be in the South Minneapolis area, certainly a large, full-service, very clean opportunity. Not much personality.

I stayed here due to the proximity to Target Field. It also offers shuttle service to the games. It's a nice, reasonably priced place. Everything was in order and worked without issues.

This hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. We stayed at it for a concert that was at the Target Center, a little bit of a walk but not bad at all.

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect! I could walk to many of the places I needed to be at. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities with warm and helpful staff. The restaurant has surprisingly good offerings, albeit at hotel prices. Walkable to light rail but a little removed from the action.

Room air didn't work the first night and fixtures in the shower fell for no reason while in the shower and hit my foot. We were in the older part of the hotel not like the rest that's updated.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the bus stop to take us to the State Fair, easy walk to catch the Blue line to Mall of America, a nice walk to Target Field to watch a Twins game. The rooms were very comfortable, though I wish there was a microwave . The hot tub was always crowded with kids,so my husband wasn't able to enjoy it. The staff was super friendly. Although, there was a particular night manager who didn't keep his word when he told us he'd get us a "juicy Lucy hamburger" and put together some Minnesota keepsakes to take home. That was totally disappointing when they can't keep their word. But all in all, we would still stay here again!! And the weather was perfect too!!
