Liked the layout of bottom floor, and the uniqueness of the place.

Great hotel close to everything. It is even connected to the skyway.

This is a lovely hotel in a very central area. Rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. As an alternative to valet parking consider the Haaf Ramp a few blocks away with a 24 hour rate of $13 if there are no special events and an unbelievable overnight rate of $4 if you are in after 4 pm and out before 7 am the next morning.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a good area. The only thing I didn’t like was the $225 charge for incidentals. I only paid 325 for three nights so that seemed a bit high fo an amount to hold. Otherwise it was a great stay. Friendly staff made everything very easy

I had reserved 2 king rooms on Orbitz. When I got to the hotel I was informed that I only reserved 2 queen rooms and not king rooms. I was very unhappy that I paid for the king rooms and received queen rooms.

Disappointed in the reservation as we expected 2 queen beds and got a single king bed in a much smaller room. Probably won’t reserve with orbitz again due to the unexpected problems with the bed issues. This is certainly the most important part of the stay and the hotel staff blamed it on overbooking by orbitz

My son and I stayed one night and the room was perfect, the staff was great and the decor is simply beautiful! I’d come back, no doubt.

This hotel is great. Great location, great amenities, great rooms, and great staff. However, I'm utterly disappointed that for the price their rooms cost, you still have to pay an extra daily fee to have access to their WiFi. The WiFi is minuscule compared to the cost of the room, so I'm sure most visitors pay it and move on with their lives, but to me this is akin to charging extra for access to water or heat in your room. Unacceptable! As a very regular business traveler to Minneapolis, I will be speaking with my wallet and staying at other nearby hotels until this hotel fixes this situation.

Small rooms and a bit dated. Overall facility was also a bit dated. Staff was experiencing difficulty checking guests in resulting in longer than usual wait time at the counter.

The hotel was wonderful to stay Downtown and it was affordable.

$14 for basic wifi. give me a break... meanwhile, they won't even let me post this review without typing more in this box. wow.

Very nice hotel on what they call the sky way, can travel over much of the town with out going out in the weather. Had a small problem with the Heater the first night but talk with the front desk and we're very wonderful and changed our room with no problem at all in fact they gave a small upgrade, all in all I was very impressed with the hotel

The people there were the best. Had great customer service. Had originally reserved for one night but got very sick overnight and could not leave or check out the next day; my daughter spoke to them and they were very nice to her and let her rebook for another night under my name because I was not able to personally go to the front desk. Employees were all willing to accommodate us in anything.

The service could take this place up to the next level... my very first impression was with the valet staff, which seems to double as the bell staff, but I'm not sure they know that. I drove up and parked outside and was greeted by a valet guy. He asked if I would be self parking or using valet. I said we'd just be dropping some stuff off in our room then heading out - OK He didn't offer to take our stuff. He just said, "great!" So I walk up to the counter to check-in - car still outside running and the front desk gal said the valet guys can help me get my bags to the room - OK I walk to valet after I checked in, and said I have some bags in the back, can you help me out? Blank stare. He seemed confused. I repeated myself and then asked if they assist with bags - he said "of course" but did not seem to get why I was asking him. So he follows me out to the car with the bell cart and stands there with the tail gate open. I look at him and he just stands there waiting for me to unload my bags onto the cart while he holds it. My encounters with the valet / bell staff continued in this fashion throughout my stay... they do bare minimum. Even when I left they just dropped off the bell cart and said, you got it from here, or do you need my help? It would be nice to be accommodated w/o question. It would be nice to have bell staff AND valet staff. The hotel seems short staffed and people seem to be half-heartedly doing each other's jobs.

For the $73 we paid on a peak Saturday night stay it was plenty nice. The staff were friendly, the room clean, and the halls quiet. The only complaint was the condition of our room, a little weathered & ready for some minor repair but otherwise perfectly fine for one night. For the price we'd stay here again, beats car service home on a busy weekend night!

Beautiful facility in a great location. Close to entertainment venues and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.
