I love the cleanliness and the area of the hotel. It's convenient to the mall and Walmart and the employees are very helpful and nice. Will stay again on next visit.

We were happy with the quality of our stay. People we nice rooms very comfortable. There is a great restaurant/bar area with excellent food.
Have stayed in many Hiltons and have never had to pay for parking. We checked in very late due to travel and were not informed that was a fee until we found a pamphlet the next day on our window of our vehicle. We then found out they were going to charge us a late fee and the service desk said they could do nothing. Also the showers were warm at best. Shuttle drivers were very courteous and great.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many timesbut this time Upon arrival we now find out that there is a $10 per day fee to park the car. Sorry we will never return to this hotel. It’s just too average of a facility to be nickeled and dimed to death. Lots of nice hotels within a few blocks that appreciate our business.
The Walleye at their restaurant/bar was really good. The bartender was hilarious and really good at his job. The desk staff helped with all questions. The mall and airport shuttle was a plus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable with good pillows.

If you are staying here for the transportation don’t do it. They tell you something different every day. Not good at answering the phone. The breakfast is just okay. Our sausage was like leather as it had been there too long and should not have been served. The hotel itself was clean. That is a plus if your just looking for a place to stay and not worried about transportation.
Before I booked the hotel, called them to make sure the shuttle is available from airport. But it was not available.

Its close to mall. Dirty, holes in towels, breakfast was a sh|t show, no one knew what was going on and the staff wondered around like zombies.
