Airport shuttle came right on time, and the staff were very friendly. The room was pretty clean and in good shape. The bathroom was a little dingy. The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, the elevator was broken, and our hall smelled like an ashtray. Somebody had been partying in the stairwell because it smelled like weed and there were empty beer bottles laying around. You get what you pay for so it's about right for the low cost.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. AVOID! My room was right outside the upstairs washer and dryer. Somebody was washing clothes until 4am and listening to loud videos. When I called the front desk they didn’t do anything to assist. My bed was broken. The mattress was caved in the middle. The shuttle service is a joke. The first driver told me he wouldn’t pick me up at the mall unless I went to the bus stop. When it was time to pick me up, I put in the description that I was at the bus stop (like instructed). The driver ignored that and went to the terminal. So I ran back to the mall and found the shuttle just as it started to leave. The driver wouldn’t stop for me. I entered the vehicle while it was still moving because the driver wouldn’t stop for me.

The window was open and the a/c was on full blast. The furniture is worn out, cracked and dirty, as is the floor. The elevator was very slow and noisy.

Super8 Bloomington/airport

Our stay at Super8 was very comfortable and quiet. Although they only have one elevator and it was slow, it was okay. We love the shuttle service the best. We were able to get to/from the Mall of America and straight to the airport without a long wait.

I stayed 2 nights. Rude staff, the older asian lady that is there in the mornings is very rude and NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. I had 2 books room and wanted to see if I was able to check out early on one, she said couldn't even give me info aside from saying I was checked in already. The man there in the nights is always outside smoking.

Front desk staff was terrible. Never answered the phone so we couldn't get the shuttle from the airport. Super slow check-in even though I had done the check-in online prior, and he didn't offer up any information at all so we missed breakfast in the morning. The room was nice though: clean, quiet, good AC, and the beds were super comfortable so we at least slept well.

Very simple to check in and check out staff was friendly kind and courteous room was spacious clean definitely worth the money paid not an expensive hotelbut the lower price is definitely worth paying for what you get for the cost... For a simple overnight stay well worth it recommend for anybody
