Great stay

The bathroom light would not turn on. This was not realized until 10:30pm (Entered the room after attending a wedding). The night desk person tried several light bulbs to no avail. The morning desk person offered us free coffee and told us what was the protocol if this would have happened instead of addressing that the light was out and is currently out. We realize we were not being listened to by choice- we handed in our door cards and left. I want to stress the night person was extremely helpful and tried her best but due to the hour she was limited. I am sure she left the note for the morning person even though the morning pretended she had no prior knowledge.

The hotel was very nice, everything was clean, and priced very well. However, I was extremely disappointed and upset that we were not informed online or at check-in that there was no airport shuttle available, and that was a major reason for choosing the hotel. When I went to schedule it with staff I was informed they didn’t have the staff to do it, with no apology or alternative-was just told to “call an Uber”. Had I known this wasn’t available I would have chosen another hotel.

I loved how clean it was. The staff was constantly cleaning. Notes were on each chair, workout equipment, asking you to remove the note after you'd been there. Nice notification for staff to clean. Very nice amenities. I asked for a coffee service, as the coffee machines were removed from rooms to help minimize viral transmission. Service delivered immediately. Sad no restaurant open though.

Couldn't purchase any small items such as water from the cafe because it was closed.

Location and the great room! Staff was friendly and ensured our stay was a wonderful experience. Would love to stay there again!

Nice overall furnishings. Room had food crumbs on the floor and creamer for the coffee was lumpy.

Initial desk staff was extremely helpful and nice. Pleasant atmosphere.

My room REAKED of cigarettes. It was absolutely disgusting. Such a disappointment.
