We were very disappointed to find out, upon arrival, that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Had we known that was happening, we would have booked at a different hotel since that was part of the expected experience

The check in process was fine, however from there it was pitiful and disappointing. Our room was ok, but only 3 towels for 2 adults and the bed was way too soft and saggy. The soap and shower products smelled fabulous and were wonderful. Now the horrible, unacceptable and completely alarming part of our stay. We were sleeping and we hear loud banging on drums and bullhorn with yelling outside. The topic of protest was not the issue, because everyone has a right to speak up. It was the noise, length of time allowed to continue and the uncertainty of our and our son's safety and the dismissiveness. We went out early and dropped one of our party members at the airport and came back where the parking lot was slush covered with inches of water puddles throughout. My shoes were wet and so when we got back to our room, now our floor in our room was wet wherever we walked. This was by far unacceptable and when my husband mentioned the horrible walkway into the hotel, they were dismissive, so he also mentioned that he used to do that for a living. We checked in after 9pm and checked out before 11am so all of this occurred in less than 14 hours. When we exited the building and checked out, there was a male (maintenance type of employee) and a female supervisor/lead at the front desk. The female was the same rude employee who was dismissive regarding the unsafe parking conditions. She was unapologetic and didn't even say goodbye, not qualities for hospitality front desk staff.

I left my kindle in the room i stayed in , now i cant the thing back. I also left my old raggedy pillow there but i sure got that back. My friend picked up my pillow that was bagged in a clear bag with a hole in it. They are saying the kindle WAS (key word) was in there. But it sure wasnt when she picked it up. Please TRU , get my kindle back to me. Look at your cameras in your storage areas. I want my kindle back

I left a kindle and a pillow behind. It took 2 days to speak to a manager about it. They finally said they had my things. I had to have a froend pick it up but all i got was my pillow. NO KINDLE. I've called twice again and they say they will call back but im not getting any phone calls. I would like my kindle back please. I also left a tip besides this. Ive been trying to get this back since dec 26 2025. Its now jan 6 2026. I know i left it in the room i stayed in ! I never travel without it. Unfortunately i do overlook it but i always realize it when i get ready for bed as i read it every night. So please return my kindle.

Room was nice, the staf was courteous. The bed frame on the other hand was was not nice. Wooden frame no padding, i caught the sharp corners and the hard sides and edges multiple times. The breakfast was ok, wanted a waffle but the mix was only brought out a little at a time. No dispenser for the mix, only served in the individual cups, the pancake machine was empty. The juice cups were so small that it was 2 small drinks and it was empty. I understand controlling costs but people expect certain things. Will probably look for a different property on our next stay in the area.

Room and property were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service from staff all around was so' so. We asked for housekeeping to just change out towels daily and replenish toilet paper. Only the towels were changed. We call the front desk for toilet paper, and they said they would bring it up. They never did. All in all, very good stay though'
