Room was clean, very clean. Toiletries were great. Towels good—some softness to them which most hotels don’t give you. Lots of amenities for kids—pool, corn hole, and other games. Breakfast was great, probably the best free breakfast we’ve had. Only wish AC unit had the ability to stay running in fan mode to drown out the man talking loudly next door, some airplane noise, and people walking on the wooden floor.

Good stay, great team. Recommendable.

I was a bit shocked that it was "the policy of this hotel" not to check rooms and replace towels, even though a sticker on the mirror said Leave towels onbthe floor to replace, hang up to reuse. Front desk was prompt and extremely nice about providing day 2 towels.

Located right next to MOA which was ideal. The connected bowling was fun to check out. Only complaint was the room was smaller than expected and not a lot of storage room, and parking was extra per night. Staff was friendly.

The staff all around were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was super convenient taking us to the Mall of America and to the light rail stop. Airplane traffic was frequent and loud but I’m not one to deduct my rating for that. Something to keep in mind for some folks though.

Fun little girls trip

Breakfast was great! Loved the convenience of the shuttle to airport and MoA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nice little getaway with me and my granddaughter.
