Rooms are all being remodeled - looking forward to seeing the updates. Food area is beautiful, bar service was great, bar food and breakfast food were all great and the front desk service was amazing! Nice work! We usually stay here and will continue to.

I thought the room was fine until I went to take a shower in the morning where I found standing yellow (what I hope to be) water in the bathtub. If it wasn't yellow water, then it was sewer water. I took a picture, went down to the person at the check in and reported it. There was little to no interest in my report other than saying he would let maintenance know. Although I was not looking for a refund, I was struck there was no offer to change my room or any comp what so ever. I have stayed at MANY Embassy Suites over the years, this was dissapointing

The hotel is currently under construction and significant noise in the commons area. The staff were pretty direct and not friendly upon check in. There was a significant rip in the couch in our room and the room was outdated and had some wear and tear for sure.

Made my reservation for 2 adults and 4 kids. So they knew we would be using the pull out couch there was no pillows or blankets for it I had to ask and then was only given one pillow. 3 towels only for 6 people in a double queen suite. Just kind of disappointed

The breakfast and snacks were incredible. I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort. The room was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The only thing, was the pull-out couch was a little rough. But I would 100% stay there again.

The breakfast is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We were on the 5th floor and there was LOUD construction directly above our heads so that wasn't pleasant--but overall this is my favorite hotel in the Twin Cities metro area.
