Property is extremely dated. Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to go any further than is absolutely necessary to keep their job. When checking out I forgot a watch, a polo, belt, and pair of khaki shorts. I called within an hour of leaving the property (check out was 12 and I called around 1230) and informed the front desk of my predicament. He stated that he couldn't go look in the room because noone could take his place up front. I then asked if he could call house keeping and see if they could look. He said he couldn't and offered no other options except to use their online lost and found app. 2 weeks later and I was just informed they couldn't "find" my property, even though I told them exactly where it was located. I'm holding out zero hope of recovering said property. I'll never return to this hotel, and if youre considering staying, I'd make sure to lock up any and all valuables you have, as the housekeeping will take your property!

The sofa bed was difficult to pull out and put back , linen bag for sofa bed was not fully stocked and we had 6 travelers and expected towel set for 6...per day...which did not happen, I had to call desk daily for those supplies.

The property is dated. Broken shower handle, broken body wash dispenser, cracks in the tile filled what looks to be like a rush job and by someone not caring that the white grout did not match the rest of the floor. Elevators were very small for the hotel then one was broke Sunday morning during the busy rush for checkout. Each day during check out rush the hotel maids use the elevators as well slowing down the ability to get up and down. Restaurant closed early one night because “they were slow” despite posted hours leaving us no option but to DoorDash food as we had expected and prepared for room service and eating at the hotel. Overall, the least impressive stay I have ever had at Embassy Suites which are usually great hotels.

I never in my life give anybody a bad review, but this was the worst stay ever,very rude staff, the hotel room was not clean it stuck like catpiss my husband is allergic to cats, slept in the car I couldn’t take my kids and leave drive back 5 hrs and plus is weekend they all have sever allergies, we complaint nobody did anything they even argued with us clamming they don’t allowed pet, wich that’s a big lie it says on their website pets allowed for 75$ fee, and charged me for parking witch it didn’t say nowhere, I had to pay parking fee,now we are home we all got sick my son has asthma I’ve been trying so hard to be very carful with him he finely got better and not been sick for 5 months and probably gonna miss his first day of pk😢
