Great location … walking distance to Mall of America and the Blue Line Metro for a quick jump into the city. Friendly staff and Shuttle Drivers. Shuttle was punctual, when used.

Shower fixtures were coming off the wall, poor shower pressure, found spot and pubic hair on towel in bathroom. Beds were quite firm and caused back issues to the point I couldnt sleep. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Love that there was a shuttle van to take you to Mall of America and bring you back to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. We were in the pool, which was very clean. We enjoyed it. Great for families! Loved the breakfast options. My kids loved the waffles. We will definitely, come back to this hotel.
