Staff was nice. Rooms smelled and people staying there long term have no respect for guests just there for a night. They were trying to get into the rooms at night, there was yelling and screaming.

I didn't like the conditions of the place. My room smelled like mold, the mirrors has not been cleaned, there was dust in the ceiling, my bed was broken and so was the sofa couch in the room. The housekeeping staff was throwing dirty linen from the top floor down to the linen basket over my head. The parking lot is in horrible condition. And they was holding my deposit that had to be desputed with my bank. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone here.

Avoid this La Quinta! Shady location with homeless people hanging around the side entrance. The place reeked of cigarettes and mustiness. Carpets were uneven so if you weren’t paying attention, you can trip over it; walls were dirty (yes, even a booger on one), and the bathroom had black grime in the shower. I really wanted to shower but was disgusted by the bathroom. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the smell made me worry about my allergies. We didn’t use the beds or shower—ended up spending our time at the Mall of America instead. Only spent a few hours in there and checked out earlier than we anticipated because it was horrendous. Absolutely would not recommend.

Wow!

When I checked in the person told me that there was a shuttle available for the airport, but never told me that I had to put my name in a book to schedule. So when I need the airport the very next warning, I had no choice but to call Uber because the shuttle would not take me and it was not full. I would never go to this place again ever and the staff upfront early morning or late at night had the nerve to be rude.

Go somewhere else if you can!

This hotel is completely run down and is urgently in need of renovation. Although the staff are friendly, it’s lack of basic amenities. Both the shower and toilet aren’t draining properly in room 1032. The carpets are dirty. The breakfast is practically non-existent. The roads outside are full of potholes and parking lot doesn’t look being maintained at all with entrance constantly getting blocked. Overall, a very bad value for the money and likely the worst La Quinta property I’ve ever stayed at.

There were a lot of questionable characters lingering. A lot of cursing and some homeless on the property. A man tried to sell my husband drugs, so I it wasn’t family friendly.

First off, the parking lot is awful. The first room i was put in was still occupied and the room was trashed, rocks covered the sink and vanity everywhere. The 2nd room the lock was broke. At check in i filled out the form for parking and asked for airport shuttle services. I told her the separture time and she told me when to he downstairs. I reported only to find out i wasnt on the list but if i wanted to wait and see about potential spot I could. Due to my flight, i couldnt risk that and had to call an uber. Completely frustrated and will not be back. This place needs a whole new facelift. Its scary.

My visit was better than expected, given all of the awful reviews. Our toilet was pretty loud, but the ac worked just fine. Check in was quick and easy. We did get a knock at our door for housekeeping at about 9:30am, but I said hello and they moved on.
