Weekend stay

Our stay here was great! Has everything you need and is clean. Location was great, was able to walk to many places. Added bonus I could bring my dog. Would definitely stay again!

2 weeks over the holidays- great stay

Family trip with all of us and our dogs. Really nice clean apartment. Super convenient to tons of local amenities in a growing area, easy to get to the highway, and super quick to the top of the hill or downtown. If we do this again, this will be our first choice. Thanks again.

First time in Duluth

We were in Duluth for five days and loved every minute of it. The Duluth Press building is beautifully updated. From the moment we walked in until we left, we told each other we could live there. It was a space we came back to relax after our daily outings. The host was exceptional.

Great place to stay, close proximity to a number of shops and restaurants. Just didn’t realize we’d be on the 3rd floor lotsa stairs and have very bad back made getting in and out difficult especially as we are smokers.

Pretty and clean, great location, but uncomfortable beds

Great property, very clean, nicely renovated. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nice shower! The beds were very uncomfortable. My friend slept in the main bedroom and said the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the pull-out couch and it was like my grandma's pull-out from the 90s with two bars in my back all night!! It was really bad. I also thought there should have been a duvet cover on the extra comforter for the pull-out - it seems gross that everyone was using the same comforter without a washable duvet on it. There were also some safety things that should be updated - the parking that says your room number is not a good idea - people can know where you are staying exactly based on where you park. Also, the code to open our unit door was just the unit number plus a 1 - that seems like a very obvious code and if every unit has that same type of code, that's very unsafe and scary. We had safety concerns because of these two items. This property has a lot of promise, but needs some tweaks.
