Our home is located steps from the sand in the exclusive Silver Strand peninsula. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back fenced patios, garage plus two parking spaces, washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs including movie channels, fastest WiFi, propane bbq & utensils, beach chairs, patio furniture, stainless steel appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, adult & children’s beach cruisers, boogie boards, games and a kite. The kitchen includes 2 coffeemakers, a tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, rice cooker, pots & pans, glass- and plastic-ware, dishes and utensils, as well as individually packaged coffees, an assortment of teas, salt, pepper and sugar. We have one CA King bed, one queen-sized bed, a double bed, and a full-sized futon to comfortably sleep 8. We provide all linens, towels and beach towels. Pet friendly. No smoking please.

We love Beach houses! This is the best beach house we've ever stayed!You can literally walk from the property to the beach bear foot and you can see the beach as you're having breakfast in the front patio. The garage was stocked with all Beach essentials you can think of which makes this beach getaway home So perfect; eliminating any need for additional packing beach toys or chairs or umbrellas or boogie boards.The property was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to all needs! Can't wait to come back!

What can we say! Sea lions on the beach, multiple rookeries. Loved waking up to the sound of them barking at each other. Great house too!

Family Gathering

Amazing location and just a few steps from the beach. The area is really safe and there’s a bar around the corner. Owners are very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Silver strand beach cottage

Overall, we loved the location. We were concerned traveling into Ventura as there was flood but we weren’t affected. The itself provided what we needed.the listing said there was parking the garage but that wasn’t possible due to the bicycles, beach stuff, etc. the house furnishings were dated. The cushions on the front porch were soaked and dry out during the visit.

Classic beach cottage

This cottage is about 4 houses away from silver strand beach. The beach is quiet, and this is at the quiet end. There is a lot packed into a small cottage. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths and a delightful front patio. They supply plenty of both bath and beach towels, and there were extras of all the necessary supplies (trash bags paper towels etc). Very kind of Gary to leave wine for us!! We had one blip - a prior renter must have disposed of the blow dryer. This was replaces within a few hours once I drew the owners attention to it. Overall a fine experience. I would rent this unit again.

Everything you need.

This was our second year at this property. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beach supplies are plentiful. The place feels cozy and roomy. Walking to the beach is great. Thank you!!!!! For another great vacation!!!!

Great place for a family vacation. Very close to the beach. Garage full of bikes / chairs / wagon to rest and relax. Nice clean house. Try the local bar which is very close. Will stay again.
