I liked the rate of the suite.. but the resort fee, parking fee, plus two random hidden fees, and taxes were ridiculous. The spa is highly over-priced, $180 and above. The food is all way over priced as well. There were cobwebs on the balcony and the plug in the bathtub was completely broken. The coffee machine was also old and dirty. There was no body lotion and no take home products except water. They really should update the rooms. Kids were screaming Marco Polo at the pool way into the night.. like crazy screaming. However, the staff were very nice and great to communicate with.

Avoid this hotel. Hidden fees will get you

Avoid this hotel. They have terrible hospitality, hidden charges all over the place ($80+ per day in hidden fees). Hospitality needs serious improvements. Room service - took away the reusable bottles they themselves wanted us to use. Completely forgot about our room service request and didn't replace the paper cups for coffee Check in- did not properly walk us through how parking and other facilities work. Almost ended up paying for the daily parking even though it was included in our reservation. Maintenance ends up replacing the locks on all the doors without even informing. Would be better for rentals to be bit more gracious, though it's off season and there isn't much of a crowd. Like most such places would give nice upgrades, delights and perks when in off season, at least that has been our experience.

Not Good Enough For Money

Nice Hotel, The Tubb Was Loud Squeaking when we were using it felt like it was going to Break. Also the Bed are really uncomfortable and Had had kids running around all night upstairs. I had stay here a couple of years ago I try to get they top floor to avoid the running around of kids upstairs. But they 3rd floor are for 2 queen Bed Room and the rest are king Bed Room. Room are Nice sofa had tears on the corners and stains on dining room Chairs. It needs more Maintenance and manager Attention

Horrific unsanitary conditions.

Worst experience staying at a hotel in my life. I was left with horrific bed bug bites all over my body. Not to also mention the brown water that would come out of the shower when you first turn it on. And they have the audacity to just a blame it on the city without any remedy for the disgusting conditions they provide.

I loved the view of the dunes and beach, all easily walkable from our room. Loved that they are dog friendly. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, I'd definitely stay there again!
