Room was ok, it was very very cold when we entered the room as the window was open. No water in the fridge, I presume non is provided anymore. Rubbish coffee facilities as you have no idea what the coffee pods are Bed was extremely uncomfy Breakfast was very poor, dirty cups on the table, food not cooked well The Marriott is not what it used to be after either being taken over by the Delta bit or it’s just been downgraded

From entering the lobby which was lovely and beautifully decorated for Xmas to the friendly efficient reception staff to my great comfy, clean and facilitous room to a very nice dinner served by really great staff to a very nice breakfast and my check out where reception staff wished me a great day.. A very enjoyable stay!

Staff very happy to help. However glasses of wine hideously expensive feel quite strongly that you are profiteering excessively on this item - but that's we've learnt and will ensure we'll just bring our own - and you lose any sale. Wise up - £12.50 is not acceptable for a glass of wine

air con didn’t work. Annoying little flashing lights all night in room. I think this was the smoke detector, but all the same annoying when I wanted. dark room. Lovely big room, like a mini suite. Bar area very nice & staff very friendly throughout the hotel.

The spa was very dirty floor and loungers the pool looked cloudy . They charged me to much and had to get refunded The staff where good The room and bed comfortable but showers dripped and couldn’t empty bath . Very disappointed with Marriott The lifts broke and had to use the staff entrance Very disappointed as we asked for a sofa bed to be made up and didn’t get it Not 4 star sorry Ann George

Beautiful clean large superior room. Breakfast perfect. Leisure, lovely sauna & steam room. Pool very shallow and not always able to use as other activities on. Hot tub doesn't exist, it is part of the pool, has jets, not hot, and access by entering the pool. Certainly needs upgrading. No rails around the pool and only one entry via steps. Marriott is normally excellent in every way. Staff lovely. Had one evening meal, quite limited in choice. Food needs to be hotter.
