The website sais nothing about luggage storage so I tried calling the front desk and they didn’t answer. I Googled it and found Reddit said they did have storage, so I made plans for it. The night before my trip I got a text message from them that said no luggage storage, and a “virtual” front desk.. I remade my travel plans. When I arrived there was a man behind the front desk, paying atteto his twittering, and when I asked, he said there was luggage storage from 9:00am to 3:00pm. I told him this contradicted their message. He said, oh yeah, someone needs to fix that. The next morning the front desk was empty.

I will never stay here again, it was dirty, unsafe, literally no security nor staff members present, stains all over my room, broken bathroom fixtures, completely unreasonable pricing for the pathetic state of the hotel. Terrible.

Great location. Room was a little cramped but clean. Nice bathroom and walking distance to all the East Village. Good option if you are not expecting spaciousness and don't mind the e-check-in process.

Well located hotel, close to whole foods and the F

The ridge hotel is well located: 2 blocks from whole foods, and coffee shops, and the F line is a half block away. Easy to pop in and out. Bottled water is provided. Staff is friendly.
