During my stay with the hotel we asked u a. Room with double bed and a sofa bed because we were my children, my husband and I 5 adults and when we arrived on January 29, 2025 they came out that there were no rooms and that they only had one double bed and it was horrible and uncomfortable to sleep 5 people in such a small place and they told me that they were going to refund me the money for that night and it was not like that yet the day we checked out they told me and I have been sending messages to the hotel and shipping and nothing

The room was clean and breakfast was great. But the elevators and lobby size cannot handle the volume of guests. We were constantly waiting for packed elevators and the breakfast crowd was a mess. A secondary breakfast area was added at the end of a long room, but that was a bad setup. A better secondary location might be the bar. Also, consider extending breakfast to 10 am to help spread out the crowds.

My son and I recently stayed at this location. It was during the holiday season so it was very busy but the staff was very attentive. I would like to recognize a staff member named Kevin. He gifted us one evening and it was nothing big but to me it was. He didn’t know that I was stressed a bit during this trip so his gift meant the world to me. I walked away with tears in my eyes. So thank you Kevin ❤️

Breakfast was ok, gave more on the cheaper side quality of the food wise. Extremely crowded, not enough spots for everyone to sit. The hotel itself was nice, kinda loud in my room. I could hear people all the way down the hall, and I could hear slamming of other people’s doors. The elevator was a bit tiny. The staff was extremely nice. Would rate 7.0 out of 10

Rooms were tiny for two people. If I knew they were micro I would’ve booked two queens instead of one king. The staff upon arrival was kind. During the following days they seemed overwhelmed. My room wasn’t cleaned the first day even though they said it would be cleaned everyday. And the lobby smelled like maple syrup.
