Room was clean and tidy when I got there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was able to leave my baggages with the hotel since I got to NYC before the check-in time. Marcos and Micheal went above and beyond to ensure I have a wonderful stay. They attended to all my needs and answered all my questions. Marcos is very professional and friendly, ensured my baggages were safe and clean. Having conversations and making suggestions for places to visit. Michael at the front desk was welcoming, professional and friendly. Answering all my questions and providing me with the need information to ensure my stay was great; which it was. I do recommend this hotel and i will definitely stay again.

This hotel was perfect for myself and my 3 teenage daughters. We recently stayed at VOCO while visiting from Nova Scotia for a Concert. Check in was fast and easy, staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating space! The location was fabulous. Close to everything we wanted to do, but out of the way enough that it was more quiet than other hotels. My kids loved the free popcorn in the lobby and I enjoyed the free drink! : ) Convenient grab and go snacks/meals in the lobby was a great option as well. Also loved having a dining and bar option on site. We plan to visit New York again, and would definitely stay here again!
