The room was visibly dirty. There was dust on the counters and bathroom sink area. I got really bad doc allergies and couldnt sleep. Its a pet friendly hotel but they didn't do a good job cleaning the room from last time a dog stayed there which gave me a really bad allergic reaction.

The location is not too far to Times Square and the subway stations. There are plenty of places to eat. We felt safe in the area. The hotel is clean, though it’s not brand new. The rooms have microwave and refrigerator which was a big plus for us. We were able to walk to the nearest deli, get something to eat and warm up the left-overs later. The front desk staff are nice especially Jessy who is very cheerful and gives honest recommendations, and Tony who brought us ice, towels on numerous request. Our 5-day stay was great. The downside was the noise from cars and sirens, but that added to the NYC feel - we still slept okay.
At the lobby while waiting for our shuttle ride to the airport The hotel can arrange it for you too.
Many general stores and restaurants outside the hotel. You will never go hungry.

Best front desk staff! No frills but clean, simple rooms in a great location. Amazing water pressure - prepare to be power washed in the shower! Thanks to Diana, Carlos and Jessie and manager (James I think) for the great service. This is our third stay for our whole team and we will be back.

The mattress was too soft. Pillows too firm. Ninth Ave is a VERY busy road. Expect a lot of street noise- sirens and honking all night long. Bring ear plugs if this bothers you because it will be loud.

My daughter and I came for a concert and a quick trip away and everything was so close we could walk! The staff were amazing! We got soaked and Jessica at the front desk literally gave me her ugs to wear while mine dried! I’ve never had a better experience anywhere! Big shout out to Jessica!! The room was clean, comfortable and considering where the hotel is was relatively quiet ! Will 100% stay again!
