It is a good location near the airport. Very easy to get to off the interstate and a short drive to the pick-up/drop-off. Seems like an older hotel, the furniture was dated, and the room did not smell great. The room was loud due to everyone coming and going all night long. I could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night. The elevator was one of the slowest that I had ever seen. Much faster to take the steps to the fourth floor. The staff was polite, but not able to help out with anything that I asked. My TV did not work and they said they would send up someone to fix it. After waiting for three hours and no one coming to fix it, I went to bed. In the morning, they were not able to help with TV again. Decent price, but a dated hotel. You might be able to find a better one nearby that is more updated.

The staff and service were 10 out of 10. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but does need cosmetic updates. My room smelled of old carpet, restrooms in the lobby area need whole new toilets/ or at least the seats.

It was a spacious room and it was clean. Check out was 12 pm so that was nice. Breakfast was good too. Staff was very nice.

The staff and location of property was excellent. Check-in and check-out was simple. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. I rate the hotel average due to my walking in the room and the first thing that caught my eyes were numerous stains on the carpet. Though the hotel is older which you can tell by the drapes, a clean floor and maybe touching up chips in the furniture and updating drapes would go a long way to make this hotel worth the reasonable price.

My stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. We checked in earlier than 3:00pm, which was nice because of all the traveling, and needed some where to sleep. If I’m in Nashville again I will definitely stay at Hyatt.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The pictures online an are a complete lie. I have pictures that I took showing how run down the property is. I’ve reached out to the property general manager but he has yet to respond or return my call. I would like the number to corporate and I would like for you all to contact me as well.

Overall, it was a great stay, but the room was a little dirty when I arrived. Airport shuttle was convenient and the free breakfast was actually really good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.
