No help, parking is so strange. They put us all the way towards the back. It was a long walk. Made us want to just stay in. Not one time was I offered a complimentary drink. Upstairs was all closed.

The room we originally checked into seemed dirty, there were random hair (mens hair) in the shower, the pint above the shower was bubbling up, there was mold in the corner of the shower. The bathroom had no ventilation system, hence the mold. We went to the front desk the following morning and got a new (upgraded) room. The bathroom in there had a bigger vent but no way to turn on the ventilation, which will eventually result in the same issue as the non upgraded room. Otherwise the stay was nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay there again, but definitely in one of their "upgraded rooms" right from the get go.

The 1st day we checked in, they gave us a dirty occupied room. It was totally DISGUSTING. For the 7 days there, we had to beg for towels and yet they charged a daily resort fee of $56.56 for stuff that was not used? Oh yeah, the escalator was not working for 5 of the days there. No apologies were given for poor service or anything. Also, the room was half cleaned when they did it.

We always stay at the Strat while visiting Vegas, however the last few times we have been there we have been disappointed because we pay a “resort fee” and the pool we like has been closed! Also, the Strat cafe was closed or close early! If you’re going to charge such a high resort fee, at least accommodate your your clientele with a resort feeling!

I was here visiting for a medical procedure. Very noisy all night throughout the hallway. I know that is out of your control. But, in my room I had wind screaming though my window my entire stay. Room 11027. Other than that I was mostly satisfied.

Quick 24hr trip to Las Vegas was amazing. The Strat was able to accommodate early check in, allowing me to get ready and have a quick rest before hitting the town. The room was quite nice, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you Strat for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back again!!

The room I stayed in was pretty nice, but apparently they have renovated certain parts of the hotel, so when we get the great rate online, that is for the old section that has not been updated for over 20 years. It costs more to stay in one of the updated rooms. The old rooms don't even have a fridge or coffee maker. Also there were only a couple of places to eat in the hotel. Most of the restaurants were closed, which seems weird to me. I was going to book a daybed at one of the pools but they said that if you don't check in by noon, you lose the bed and they do not refund your $$. So we didn't go to the pool. SOme improvements could be made, but we still had a great time in Vegas.

Didn’t care for the area. Very dirty and a bit sketchy. Hotel itself was fine. Room was adequate. Bed wasn’t terrible, pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Overall I would give the hotel an “average” rating.
