Shower didn’t drain, gross. WiFi never actually worked, legitimately, it did not work… No later check out, a fairly dirty property. Small casino. Only stay there if you truly need to.
Ate at the restaurant at the top of the casino several times and assumed the hotel stay would be just as fabulous. I will NEVER stay here AGAIN. Horrible aroma, no room service, the morning we checked out there was a notification sent out that the water would be off. Yes, the water, and they said sorry for the inconvenience. The valet is NOT free even if you're staying at the hotel. This is not the plush place you think it is and it doesn't even matter if you stay in the renovated rooms, because you can hear through the walls and booooooy did we hear some things. Room had no towels. Then some random beeping was occurring IT WAS A MESS AND A NIGHTMARE. Just go somewhere else if you can. Not here..

I liked the selections of gaming and activities and the valet parking. The shower head in our bathroom shower was not very powerful and took a long time to get warm. The handicap room has plenty of room.

No communication, bookins, concierge and upstairs staff had no idea, if rides, pool were open or not. Closet was broken, sheets had blood on them. As a former hotel manager... it was sad
Loved our room just didn’t have a view at all. Everything was clean and new. Our tower elevators were on the opposite end from the garage. So if you have a car and don’t want to walk as far, have them put you somewhere other than the north or Vegas tower. Parking is $20/day that also sucked.
The Resort was remodeled recently and it is great!!! I had a noisy neighbor and security came very quickly to fix the situation. My only negative was that the mattress on my room was absolutely wasted, the springs were noisier than my neighbors. Great place to stay on a budget
This is my first trip to Las Vegas and I thought it was going to be great. My room was supposed to have a couch and a bed for the one I booked, it did not have the couch. limited coffee in the room. My hallway smelled horribly of marijuana and I did complain about it. Going down to the casino was ok other than waiting forever and a day for a drink person to come around. The places you had to eat inside the hotel were either always closed or a specific menu and could not get what I wanted, Starbucks line takes over 45 mins. Not enough to do inside this hotel/casino, pool closed. My friend was stolen from on the casino floor and security stated they don't watch at all times which I find insane. After she was stolen from no police were called to the scene and she was told oh well about the money and the poker chips the gentleman cashed in, I really though that they would have given her at least the chips value back since they had surveillance and knew how much he took. There was no compassion or anything from the staff not even a sorry. This was an overall terrible place to stay and will be letting all friends and family to book elsewhere and I will definitely never return to this place.

Floor 12 smelt like weed the whole time and very dark hotel hallway and it was a very long walk to get to north tower
The room was clean and spacious, window ac was loud, motion activated lighting not good at shutting off, bathroom nightlight could not be shut off or blocked due to frosted glass door. Through Casino entry only =smoke
I liked the new rooms that were updated. I didn’t like to have to pay to park at a place we are already paying to sleep. Like cmon, cut us a break. Sahara had free parking, I stayed there after I checked out of Strat. Instead of paying 23 for each night. Saved me 70 over there in parking
