Every time I walked to the elevator at my room I was continually hounded by the guys from the cosmetic store next to the elevator. Then, with no communication from the front desk, I got a charge from you guys that said there was smoking in my room. I never smoked in my room… will not be back.

For me it’s a one time stay

Everything was nice but called to get extra towels and a rubber mat no one ever came to deliver. Took us a while to find out room the directory wasn’t very helpful. Tried to turn on the AC room never got cold it was very warm.

All of my valuables were stolen out of my hotel room while I was gone at Disneyland. I was traveling solo as a young female for my friend’s wedding. I would NEVER come back here again. A whole investigation has been started for my backpack that was stolen. Extremely scary as a girl to come back to your hotel room ransacked and worried that person would come back once I arrived. My backpack contained my wallet, car keys, AirPods, clothes, etc.

The pool area was great, three of the four pools were open so it wasn’t ever too crowded. There was also plenty of seating. The room was kind of gross, the floors had lots is staining and the shower had build up. The hotel itself is dated and the food options weren’t great and the quality didn’t match the price .

I don’t even know where to begin! My room was a total nightmare. Extremely stained carpet, cracked iron, mold around the tub, trash in the closet! For the money I paid, this is completely unacceptable! I understand renovations are underway, but cleaninless has nothing to do with it. I don’t mind the outdated furnishings just clean this rooms properly please. It felt like an abandoned building.

Nasty!

The sinks clogged up within the first 5 min. Of staying there. Black stuck started coming out of the sinks which made the sink/room smell like poop. I called for help and the help never came. Great!
