Everything you would expect...convenient to monorail...away from noise

Hotel worked well for a quick getaway to Las Vegas. Not on the strip which we found appealing but did not have a problem getting around. Close to the monorail station which takes you to the middle of the strip. Room was comfortable but we had to wait over an hour past the check-in time because the room we wanted wasn't ready.

We came back to our room to discover that the bathroom lights did not work and the smoke detector would alarm spontaneously, even in the middle of the night. We would have to use the restroom and shower with the door open so we could kinda see. We definitely appreciated that the entire building was smoke free. It gave us a break from the constant stench of all the other indoor facilities. When we told the front about our malfunctioning room, they really didn’t seem to care or want to make it right. Probably won’t stay there again, unfortunately.

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Location is a little minus, because it's not on the strip, but not very far from the strip either.

Stayed 3 nights. Long check in line, but friendly front desk agent. Modern decor in lobby, small pool area. Nightly resort fee includes 3 coupons for drinks and coffee. Free parking in garage. Love the complimentary bottles of water provided. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Had 2 issues with my room though: had a very difficult time opening the door to get in...it's like it was stuck and wouldn't unlatch (?). Had to use my shoulder to push it open every time. Please fix that Management. Also the walls are EXTREMELY thin! You will hear your neighbors. Heard loud snoring every night and I wear ear plugs when I travel. :( Overall, a nice stay but cannot give 5 stars.

From the minute I called the Renaissance Hotel Las Vegas to ask about doing an early check in after arriving 4hrs early into LV and getting a reply of " yes we can give you a complimentary early check in" we knew this was going to be a good hotel stay, when we arrived at the hotel and pulled into the front entrance, we were greeted by the staff with complimentary valet parking for our entire stay all weekend, then at the check in counter the staff was personable and professional, and also given complimentary drink vouchers at their in-house restaurant, café and bar, after we made our way up to our room, there was complimentary water, the TV was already on and on the welcome screen with a message to me. the room was very clean and modern w/ some nice contemporary décor. Once we settled into our room we headed down to the pool area to relax a little before the evening, the pool isn't big like the larger resort hotel/casinos on the strip but just the right size and not crowded with all kinds of people, they had a few outdoor games, cabanas, couches, lounge chairs and tables to sit and relax with a drink, a book our just your towel and sunscreen. we didn't eat at any of their in-house restaurants because we were out and about trying food elsewhere. All in all this was a great hotel to stay at, easy to get to and from by vehicle, ridesharing or taxi and it was far enough from all the hustle and bustle and chaos that is the Las Vegas Strip.

First of all the hotel is far away from vegas strip, Commute to the vegas strip was difficult and time consuming. on the 2nd night of our staying found bedbug on the bathroom shelves. Report to the officiel they seemed not surprise at all, just change our room, However we have to do shifting by ourselves. I will advise travelars not to boook this Hotel!

We stayed here the Friday of Thanksgiving long weekend because all the hotels on the strip were INSANELY inflated (triple of normal price) but this hotel wasn't! We had an early flight (6am) the next morning, so wanted to be away from all the action and just get some rest. Did the trick! This hotel is for: - People who need space from the strip, a quiet night, or quick stops - People who want non smoking and non-gaming Check-in: Added our Marriott loyalty to the booking to collect points. DAVID at the front desk was suberb. He is really attentive, takes pride in his job and makes you feel like a VIP guest! Room: Booked a basic room. It's what you expect. Clean, modern, normal size, but has everything you need. Robes, coffee maker, water, etc. Windows do not open. Great value for price. WIFI: Worked the entire time. Medium/High speed. FOOD and RESTAURANTS: We ate at Grill 55 near the lobby for dinner. Mixed feelings. Just super average and slow service. But again, did the trick! Filled us up before bed. Location: Near the convention centre, off the strip. It was a 10 minute cab to the airport in the morning and easy to get there. Quiet! Summary: Perfect for a quick stop, a quiet night, or a value stay. Again, DAVID at front desk made the stay worth noting!

Great hotel close enough to Vegas strip but far enough away to be quiet. Close to monorail and convention centre. Hotel was fabulous couldn't fault it. We would stay there again. We had our two teenage children with us and they thought it was great.

Clean, quite and relaxing enjoyed the restaurant check in was quick

nice hotel, just far enough off the strip so that it's still convenient but without all the traffic and noise. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great place to stay, very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again.,

The lobby is nice and well decorated and staff are friendly. Breakfast is pretty good, but our room wasn't very clean. The grout in the shower was mildewed and i wiped off the counter with a towel and it was yellow.

my room was not service any day, we slept in same sheets for 3 nights, had to call at night to get fresh towels, coffee and complain, on Jan, 1 I had to go to the front desk to complain why our room was not clean again and was told that there was a no disturb sign on our door, but we did not have any disturb sing in the room when we arrived. All the calls to the front desk and complains not acceptable we went to Vegas to enjoy not to be complaining about our room. Then on Monday jan, 4 the hotel charged us again $500.64.

The hotel was great :) the room was clean and the staff was super friendly. I loved the location of the hotel, it was in a calm area and not far from the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone at the hotel is so nice and accommodating. The hotel lobby, pool, and rooms are beautiful. I like that it does not have a casino in it. It felt more relaxing and peaceful. I stayed here a few years ago and wanted to come back because I had such a great experience. They did not disappoint! :-)

Hotel Exceeded my Ecpectations...Kudos to the Very friendly STAFF...kudos to house keeping...the Hotel is a BREATH OF FRESH AIR.....Thank you once again.

We had a very good 2 night stay here. Very clean good staff and amazing rooms.

Excellent hotel. Great ambience. Convenient location. Very clean. Great amenities.Totally enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was only few miles from strip and was quiet and not crowded with people on the street. Parking was easy and not too far from lobby and the rooms. Bed was little softer than I prefer, but it may only be my own preference for harder bed.
