The room cleaning employees are very attentive and overall I think clean pretty well. The property needs some serious renovation, the couches were disgusting and falling apart I did not feel comfortable having my family sit on those things. There was mold under the sink and some type of leak above the bathtub. Tried calling the front never answered, the automated system is terrible.

The room was fine. The AC worked. The door did NOT work. The doors have a problem fully latching when closing and someone pushed it open and stole $500 from my room. Upgrade your doors to make it safer!

Any room in the Masquerade Tower that hasn't been updated SHOULD BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC! Our initial room; 5001 panoramic view, sounded good on the internet, but it was a disaster. The furnishing were at least 30yrs old. The room smelled of mildew. The shower door was detached from the wall on the hinge side and almost dropped onto my daughters foot. We went downstairs to inform the staff and were initially met with "not my problem, see this person" until I made enough noise that people checking in started to stare. The 2nd room they gave us, 5039, was just as bad. Panoramic view on the other end of the hotel, but smelled of natural gas, especially in the bathroom. They ended up taking that room out of available inventory as they entered a service call for it. We were finally given a room in the Impanema Tower which is how I learned the hotel was going through an upgrade. I was informed that I wouldn't be receiving any sort of refund for the smaller room that I was in, but I was just happy to be settled for the evening after a long travel day, that I didn't bother to continue. 6th time in Vegas and I like to be in different areas, up and down & on and off the strip, but this place.. NEVER AGAIN

Link and Kiosk wouldn’t allow me to check in. Long walk from parking garage to front desk back to room. Room floor was dirty, many random stains on the floor. View was nice, not expensive until resort fee.

The room was filthy, I stop by the front desk to do an upgrade and nobody can help me. I ask numerous times for someone in front desk to call me back and nobody ever did. It literally it took 20 minutes to wait for hot water. Terrible place to stay, never comming back!!! The few staff they have is rude and disrespectful!!!
