I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. From the moment I checked in, I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were either ignored or met with indifference, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
A hotel stay should feel welcoming and stress-free, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes steps to train the staff in proper customer service, as this aspect greatly affected what could have been an otherwise decent stay.
