Condo # 210, is a top to bottom remodeled second floor ocean front vacation condo, with detail and sophistication to exceed all your expectations. This coastal themed beach retreat is an updated two bedroom, two bath Condo, conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

Holiday Surf 210 accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condo décor has been tastefully renovated with ocean and beach inspirations, all Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and dining for six. There are tile floors throughout the unit. Enjoy views of the Holiday Surf private beach and wonderful Gulf views from your balcony. This unit also features a private washer and dryer in the outside closet.

Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, Tennis courts (free equipment rental), and Shuffleboard. In unit WIFI and Parking are always Free (1 vehicle)!

We were so pleased with the location, the condo as a whole, the front desk staff were wonderful & accommodating, the unit was renovated, beautiful & cozy. This was perfect for our family of 4. Amazing!

This property was exactly as described in the description! The check-in process took 5 minutes, everything was prepared upon our arrival. It was myself and my 3 kids. There were Bell Carts available to take our luggage upstairs, and they even had shopping carts available if you had to grocery shop which was an absolute plus, because I did! The unit was cleaned from top to bottom, and the unit was very spacious to be 2 bedrooms. We were literally a few feet away from the beach. I loved absolutely everything about this condo, and will be returning often. This was my first time in Destin, and this whole experience left a great impression.

Great Family Place

The property was great and exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view! The absolute only thing I could suggest would be to leave instructions on how to use all the remotes to the TV’s. We could not get any of them to work. We called front desk and they were able to get the one in the living room to work but he had to go through many options to get it up and running. Beautiful location and close to most things. Loved the beach access too!

Another great stay at Holiday aisle!

Great location! This was our second time staying in Holiday Isle. We love it! We enjoyed Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, and our condo unit. We would probably choose another unit away from the pool, as we would rather look at the ocean. Otherwise, it was very nice! Just a couple of things… unit wasn’t that clean, as I noticed a lot of dust and hair in corners of bathrooms. Also, the sauna wasn’t open due to Covid. And Covid signage was all around the condo building. We stayed at Holiday Isle last October (another place) and we didn’t see any Covid signage then. Kind of strange as this pandemic is basically over.

Great beach condo

The condo was newly renovated and decorated very nicely. Plenty of space for a family of 4. My son liked the charm of being able to rent a DVD from the lobby. Beds were comfortable. Only real downside was the view was mostly of the pool from the second floor. At night really all you could see was the lit pool and not the ocean. Obviously the owners can't do anything about that.

Perfect stay!

This condo was amazing. Close to the beach and pool. Check in was a breeze. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest would be to bring your own spices and salt/pepper for cooking. That was the only thing this condo was missing for us. Not a major problem though, Target was only 1 mile down the road. All in all, this place was great and I would definitely stay here again!

Not Happy

The place was not cleaned, sheets did not fit the twin bed, it looked slept on,the dishes were dirty! Did not advise me that I was limited to toilet paper trash bags. I stayed in Pelican Beach Resort before and did not have to buy trash bags and toilet paper! I don’t like having to deal with the resort and not the owner of the property!

Great place!!

Absolutely loved the decor and the condo. Wanted someplace right on the water with nothing in the way of the ocean view and this property had the pool and the tennis courts impeding the view but it was easy access to the ocean which you can’t beat. Check in was so easy and we were even able to check in early so we were able to hit the beach moments after checking in. The 2 free lounge chair rentals was a great perk as well! I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Very impressed.

My family decided to make a last minute decision to try a Thanksgiving vacation. The price was reasonable for the time of year and location. The condo was recently remodeled and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Whole condo building seemed recently updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely see ourselves coming back here.

Wonderful updated condo.

We loved our stay at this property. The unit been updated and feels like new. It had everything we needed and is close to great restaurants and attractions. If I had to try to list one negative, it would simply be the light in the dining area is very dim. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Great place

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay here. The property was very clean and peaceful we had a great stay. My only gripe was that people leave the beach for hours at a time while still holding on to there seats right in front of the ocean. But this isn’t an resort problem. It’s a people problem. Other than that we had a great time.
