The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops and the ceilings have been raised so it feels more spacious and comfortable than ever. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a wet bar with a wine refrigerator, a spacious serving island to gather around and barstool seating for casual gatherings in addition to the dining area. The decor is nautical-inspired and modern which creates a relaxing setting for a beach getaway to one of Texas' favorite beaches.
The combo living-dining area offers great ocean views out of the wall of floor to ceiling windows, a large private balcony and plenty of room to stretch out and unwind from the day's adventures. The living area is perfect for relaxing with a wraparound couch, cushy ottoman, 2 reclining chairs and a 65" QLED Curved Screen Smart TV with Cable and DVR. The dining room has a 60" round table with 6 chairs to enjoy the catch of the day or family game nights.
With comfort and luxury in mind, each of the 3 bedrooms is spacious and has premium King size beds with top of the line linens, furniture, decor, 4K smart TV's and their own private balconies. The large private master bedroom overlooks the ocean and has a large custom entertainment center, plush king size bed and a 60" 4K QLED Smart TV. The updated master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench seat and dual heads, private water closet, walk-in closet and large vanity with sconce lighting.

#201 is an "end unit" and is very popular because only the 3 bedroom end units have walls of windows with sliding glass doors that lead to private balconies in every bedroom. Catch gorgeous sunrises over the gulf each morning from both the master bedroom and living room balconies and don't miss the best sunsets in Texas from the balcony off of the 2 secondary bedrooms which also overlooks the pool and has Corpus Christi Bay.

The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and with the Sandpiper being just outside of town, the beaches are typically less crowded.
The Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard and pool table, multiple lounge areas, tennis courts, bird-watching areas, easy access to the beach, a huge swimming pool with 2 hot tubs, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. For those who enjoy fishing the surf fishing from the Sandpipers beach is excellent in the 2nd and 3rd guts or bring your kayak and paddle out from Wilsons cut located just across the street from Sandpiper. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you each day so all you need to worry about is taking it easy and having fun.
