Den doubles as a third sleeping space. It has a privacy door, full bath, and queen sleeper sofa. Just beyond the den, you'll find the kitchen and laundry to your right and second bedroom and bath to your left.
Fully stocked kitchen including pots and pans, crockpot, baking sheets, cooking utensils, storage containers, dinnerware, glasses, and more. There's a pantry closet by the second bedroom to store your dry goods.
The second bedroom has a king bed with a full bath across the hall including a shower/tub combo. Includes a dedicated workspace.
The dining area located just past the kitchen provides ample space to gather for meals and game time.
The living room is a comfy place to relax in the A/C. Leather couches including a queen sofa bed.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and convertible twin chair. It also has a spacious en suite with a luxurious shower and storage space.
Free wifi, smart TVs in each bedroom and living room with Roku.
You'll love the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo.
The balcony is the perfect spot to soak in view. You can also pull down the black out shades to block out the morning sun.
You can get to the pools and boardwalk from the first floor. Code to boardwalk provided at check in.

You have access to a private parking space in the covered garage, as well as additional parking in the outside lot. Upon check-in, you will receive one pass for garage parking and additional passes as needed for the parking lot.

There are two elevators for your convenience. There are also wheelchair ramps to the large pool accessible from the first floor.

Port A is a wonderful little beach town with so much to offer! Be sure to explore the many restaurants, shops, and activities during your stay.

Aransas Princess is located in the golf cart zone! If you'd like to rent a golf cart, you are invited to take advantage of a discount given to all Aransas Princess guests by JackFish Rentals (discount code Princess2-17). You are welcome to park your golf cart in the open lot. Port A also allows cars on the beach, but you must be sure to purchase a permit if you plan to park on the beach during your stay.

We at Costa Crinks are not liable for the proper function of the community amenities including both pools and hot tub. Amenities are occasionally out of service due to maintenance and repair. If we are notified in advance of closings, we will do our best to to communicate that with guests before their arrival.

Aransas Princess reserves the right to complete renovations and repairs at any time. I will do my best to notify guests of current or upcoming work that may effect their stay.
